Pipeline End Manifold (PLEM) installation. Six Suction AnchorPile
with chains and buoys installation. Spool Metrology from pipeline to
PLEM. Spool installation. SPM buoy installation. Subsea Hose
installation. Floating Hoses installation. Utilizing all tools and equip. are
as follows, 500 ton crane. Tuggers, Lift Bags, Jet Pump. S-4 air and sat
equip. Ceramic Leak Detector. Hydra Tight tensioning tool. Impact
tools. Video for final inspection.
Total Air dives – 12 at 10 meters =1800 min.
Total bell runs - 73.5 / 8 hour bell runs / 55 meters = 588 hours.
7th Jul – 21st Jul 2012
Supervising mobilization of entire S-4 equip. from Cargo ship sailing
from Singapore to the DSV Crawler. Coordinating w/ local agents,Port
Authorities, and federal Customs agencies w/ inventory and transport of
S-4 equip. Coordinating heavy lifting and staging of sat equip w/ deck
foreman and crane operator. Assist Dive Tech’s w/ installation of S-4
Sat System and equip. onboard Crawler.
Load testing and pressure test systemto 300 meters As per Cal Dive,
IMCA, DNV protocol.
1st Feb – 30th Mar 2011
Pipeline and platform abandonment for Client Anglo Suise. Supervising
sat dives utilizing 3-D mapping, site clearance, well kill, well and
platform removal. Utilizing tools are as follows, Fugro 3-D survey,
Diamond wire saws, Wach guillotine saws,Jet pumps, Down Hole
equip. Rotech dredging tool, Cement mixers, 100 ton heave
compensating crane.
