FPGA Based Implementation of Electronic Safe LockIOSR Journals
Thispaper is based on design of an “Automatic Security System Using VHDL” providing
understandable and adequate operating procedure to the user. The operation is conducted by six different
modules. If any of the modules fails, the failed module can be replaced without affecting the activity of others.
The safety is ensured to the user by setting a secret code number which is the combination of three numbers, by
doing so, only the authorized users can unlock the safe. The paper finds its appositeness in big organizations,
military and banking sectors. Simulation through VHDL is quite generous and fiscal due to the reduction in
number of components. Important operation consideration is to not give any indication to the user that the
combination entered is incorrect until after the user has entered the all three numbers and pressed the OPEN
key. Otherwise, it is possible for a user to determine the combination in no more than 96 attempts, as opposed to
no more than 32,768 attempts

Abstract In this paper, MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical System) is implemented using Embedded controller PIC 16F877A. MEMS can be used to sense motion. Microcontroller detect any motion while they are occurs or not. The user can assign a password by fixed set of motions as decided by them. In that there are three techniques uses for user’s authentication. Firstly Microcontroller senses any motion which is matches with exist motion password, then first phase will unlock and it goes into next phase is human interface method of keypad that is traditional where the user enters the predefined password, if it is matched with the predefined password then second phase will be unlock. Then user will directly enter into the final phase which is a RFID card that is read by a RFID reader module connected to the Micro controller if the card is matched the final phase get completed and the desired operation will start. A buzzer is used for an indication of wrong password. This buzzer is ON until right password matches with existing password. Key Words: -Codebooks, Key Logger, PIC Microcontroller, Secret Little Functions, RFID, MEMS.

Hand in hand instrument replaces the old traditional way of measuring and testing in colleges and helps in easy way of understanding theoretical concepts based on practical knowledge. As there occurs shortage of instruments, long duration of calculation, large occupation of space, low accuracy, inconvenience come about in completing the work. A single Smart device which is a multipurpose handheld instrument overcomes the above difficulties and helps in measuring voltage, current, resistance, frequency, temperature, speed, sound and to observe waveforms for engineering students in the laboratories. In a single ARM Cortex M3 microcontroller all measurements are done and displayed within a fraction of time in the TFT graphical LCD display. The data and waveforms from oscilloscope can be saved and retrieved for future analyzing purpose which is done using a Micro SD memory card. The device is fully operated with touch screen and touch buttons. The device works with help of LPC1313, a powerful 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller from NXP Semiconductors.
Arduino based Real Time Clock with Ringing of Bell and National Anthemrahulmonikasharma
Now a days many school and college bells are operated manually. Hence there is a huge demand of accuracy is required. In market there are many digital clocks available with bells but rings only at specific time and cannot stop after that specific time. A new and inexpensive design is being presented here, in this project. The benefit of this design is that, the bell rings at the start of each period without any human intervention and hence takes over the manual task of switching on/off the college bell with respect to time. It uses Real Time Clock (DS1307) which work at the real time. The Arduino UNO is used to control all the functions; it gets the time through the keypad and stores it in its memory and display it on LCD display. When this programmed time equals the real time then the bell is switched on via a relay and rings for a predetermined time. The bell ringing time can be edited at any time, so that it can be reused at normal class timings as well as at exam times. Also the voice play module with USB player and speaker, play the national anthem according to the users given time as programmed using Arduino UNO.

FINGERPRINT BASED LOCKER WITH IMAGE CAPTUREMichael George
As we are moving in a World of advancement, so the security is the major concern in order to keep data isolate from the unauthorised users to access. In today’s World, we need high degree security system for the protection of our document, important data, as well as memory and jewellery. This review paper presents a secure fingerprint locker which is feasible. This system is proved successful on all norms of security of lockers. There are other methods of verifying authentication through password, RFID but this method is most efficient and reliable. To provide perfect security to the lockers and to make the work easier, this project is taking help of two different technologies, i.e. Embedded System and Biometrics. Biometrics is basically the measurement and use of unique characteristics of living beings to make them distinguish from one another. And this is more reliable then passwords and tokens which can be lost or stolen by the humans. In this paper we are providing the work done on this technique.
Towards secure smart cities: design and implementation of smart home digital ...nooriasukmaningtyas
Home and building security are major concern in our daily life and digital smart door lock (DSDL) have become an essential part of these systems. In this paper, a secure DSDL which can grant access to home with a fingerprint is designed and implemented. An Arduino Nano microcontroller board, finger print sensor and servo motor have been utilized for lock/unlock door based on finger print. The DSDL is an automatic authenticate and validate the user for secure access. The implemented system aims to develop a cost effective DSDL based on low cost components compared to the systems already on the domestic market. The ease of use and cost effectiveness makes the DSDL a strong competitor to the digital security system on the domestic market and outperforms it and suitable for security–based home automation systems.
Real time model of a lock gate system upon fingerprint with microcontrollernooriasukmaningtyas
Safety is one of the most important things that we are keen to provide all aspects of our lives. Keyless lock gate with fingerprint access has many advantages over traditional systems such as passwords. Therefore, fingerprint identification represents the main part, which require that system is cheap, practical, easy to use and allows fast and securely. This paper discusses the design and implementation with real time model of a practical lock gate system for the achievement of high security by using fingerprint purification to control the mechanism of opening doors in banks, warehouses, laboratories and places of interest. In this paper, the microcontroller technology in the Ardonio board was used with an optical sensor to take the fingerprint, convert it into digital data, and insert it into a definition window to unify all input data and store it for use when compared to the system experience. After obtaining the result of the comparison, the appropriate commands are prepared for operating the servo of the lock mechanism for the doors used. In the testing of the system, the results are very accurate. The system also has other advantages such as small size and low power required for operation and ease of use.
Random Number Generator Using Seven Segment Display In LabviewIJERA Editor
Random number generator [RNG] is use to generate random numbers between any given limit, RNG's are two kinds 1.True random number and 2.pseudom numbers. True random numbers are not predictable by any mathematical formula because they are mainly depends on the atmospheric noise, coming to the pseudo numbers are mainly used in most of computers, this randomness can be predictable by using mathematical formula and it is fine many purposes, but it may not be random in the way you expect if you are used to dice rolls and lottery drawings. In this mini project we are doing RNG [pseudo numbers] by using NI labview software and generating random numbers by pressing push button and coming output we are displaying on seven segment display. In the labview it easy to generate a random number by using different block‟s and main advantage of the labview is there is no need of any programming languages like[c,c++,java, matlab].Main function of this project is used for gaming and priority number generation and etc. A sequence of uniform random numbers, which is generated within the computer in a deterministic manner, is often referred to as a pseudo-random number sequence.[1]
Intellectual Bank Locker Security SystemIJERA Editor
In today's modern world, security plays an important role. Every person has precious accessories like gold,
documents or cash. The main goal of this project is to design and implement a bank locker security system
based on fingerprint and GSM technology. It reduces wastage of time for both banker as well as customer and
provides advanced security. In this system, only authentic persons can recover money or accessories from bank
locker. In this system the user’s name, fingerprint and mobile number are enrolled. If the fingerprint matches,
then four digit code will be sent to the authorized person’s mobile through GSM modem and the locker door
will be opened then, otherwise it will be in locked position and gives an alarm when any mismatch occurs. The
sensors will be active during night times to provide security against thefts.

Design Analysis Automatic Garage Door Openerijtsrd
The project that we are designing will help us to provide an easy but secure access to garage door. The installation cost of the door is low and the changes that are required to be done are also very less. To build such a door opener we need 1 Electric motor 2 Sliding door with rack and pinion arrangement 3 Wiring system, 4 Power source 5 Supporting clamps 6 Arduino Uno ,IR sensors 7 A remote to open and close the gate We are designing this automatic door in order to understand the basic functions of the automatic door and also detailed working of the concepts behind this. This project will also help us to acquire some basic knowledge about electrical circuits, sensors and welding processes. Nikhil Kr. Elevating Tactical DDD Patterns Through Object CalisthenicsDorra BARTAGUIZ
After immersing yourself in the blue book and its red counterpart, attending DDD-focused conferences, and applying tactical patterns, you're left with a crucial question: How do I ensure my design is effective? Tactical patterns within Domain-Driven Design (DDD) serve as guiding principles for creating clear and manageable domain models. However, achieving success with these patterns requires additional guidance. Interestingly, we've observed that a set of constraints initially designed for training purposes remarkably aligns with effective pattern implementation, offering a more ‘mechanical’ approach. Let's explore together how Object Calisthenics can elevate the design of your tactical DDD patterns, offering concrete help for those venturing into DDD for the first time!

PHP Frameworks: I want to break free (IPC Berlin 2024)Ralf Eggert
In this presentation, we examine the challenges and limitations of relying too heavily on PHP frameworks in web development. We discuss the history of PHP and its frameworks to understand how this dependence has evolved. The focus will be on providing concrete tips and strategies to reduce reliance on these frameworks, based on real-world examples and practical considerations. The goal is to equip developers with the skills and knowledge to create more flexible and future-proof web applications. We'll explore the importance of maintaining autonomy in a rapidly changing tech landscape and how to make informed decisions in PHP development.
This talk is aimed at encouraging a more independent approach to using PHP frameworks, moving towards a more flexible and future-proof approach to PHP development.

Abstract—
This paper present an approach to with the simulator. The design is tested on the
design a digital access control system. The heart simulator only and is not tested with the actual
of the system is a digital controller. The hardware.
controller specifications are as follows: The
numbers from 0 to 9 are coded in natural binary KEYPAD MODULE DESIGN
on 4 bits. A, B and O are coded in the following
way A: 1010, B: 1011, O: 1111. The controller
works in two modes: Day Mode: The door opens
while pressing on "O" or if entering the
correctcode. Night Mode: The door opens only if
the code is correct. To distinguish between the
Day and Night modes, an external "timer"
generates the signal “day” which is equal to ’1’
between 8h00 and 20h00 and ’0’ otherwise. The
controller sets an “alarm” signal as soon as one of
the entered numbers is not correct. The “reset”
signal is also triggered after the door opens. The
correct code is chosen to be 53A17. The digital
access system is a part of Mentor Graphics
Design Contest 2012.

INTRODUCTION
Digital access systems are commonly now
replacing the ordinary access systems throughout the
world as it brings in stability and technology into the
midst. Here the system works in two modes day and Fig 1: Keypad Module Index
night modes and to differentiate these two modes we
use a timer generated signal „day‟ that returns either a The complete working of the Digital access system

we need a counter with initial counter value of
10000 which is a 14 bit wide counter.
Keypad Row Scanner
This is a 5 bit counter/register that is used
to scan the keypad. It keeps all 1 except 1 zero that
cycles through (01111,10111,11011,11101,11110).
This pattern is used to scan the rows of the keypad.
The '0' enables one row at a time to allow key
presses to be detected by columns. The '1's disable
the other rows. The scanner also has an enable signal
which allows the keypad controller to hold the
scanner value in order to determine the coordinates
of the key press.
Look Up Tables (LUT)
We have used a look up table for keypad
coordinate conversion to binary values. The binary
values are used by the comparison module to
compare with the desired authentic code.

V. RESULTS
Fig 4: Output waveform for night mode module
Fig 2: FSM of Night Mode
Fig 5: Output waveform for day mode module
As mentioned the night mode works only when the when “o” is given as input
correct code is pressed and the correct code to be
pressed is “53A17”.
The keypad has 13 keys thus a possible 13 states.
Here the FSM used is a mealy one as it depends both
on the input and present state.
IV. DAY FSM
The FSM is similar to the night mode the
only addition being that when the key „O‟ is pressed
the door opens thus an additional state is required Fig 6: Output waveform for day mode module
and this is also an mealy machine.
From Fig 4 we can say that as soon as the correct
code is entered, that is, 53A17 the output is high

can switch on the door directly by pressing the O
