Holliday In The Movie Tombstone
While Doc was still in Fort Griffin with Kate, he found himself in an altercation with a man
named Ed Bailey. Bailey was purposefully agitating Holliday during a card game, which would
end with Bailey pulling a gun on Holliday. Doc, in self defense (according to some), pulled a
knife and slashed Bailey across the stomach, cause blood the spill and Bailey to fall across the
table (This altercation can be seen in the movie Tombstone, about 12 minutes into the movie).
Knowing it was of good reason, Holliday did not run, and would later be arrested. This caused a
group of people to form to try and get revenge on Holliday, something Kate saw coming. Fearing
for Doc s life, and thinking quickly, Kate went to the hotel where Holliday was being held

The Conflict Between Ethnic Entrepreneurs And Rwanda
In the 1900s, two large massacres occurred in different parts of the world leading the events to be
known as genocides. A genocide took place in Yugoslavia and Rwanda. The events that took place
in both countries lead to massive death for both the victimized and the oppressors. This essay
focuses on Yugoslavia from 1991 2001 and Rwandafrom April to May 1994. Although ethnic
entrepreneurs influence society in both countries on the base of cultural for political gain, ordinary
citizens carry out mass killing of their fellow countrymen and women. Ordinary citizens found
cultural and political reason influential due to the lack of national identity and unity. Before

From Hutus perspective, they felt discriminated against from Tutsis due to their ethnic counterpart

Thesis About The Mongols
Interpretation
Historians and experts believed that Mongols are the fiercest nomadic group in Asia. Matthew
Paris, 13th century chronicler, described the Mongols as They are inhuman...more like monsters
than men. The common trait about the Mongol leaders is that all of them use brutality to punish
their enemies. They believe that they are the scourges of God that were sent from Heaven to
punish those who do bad things or evildoers as they call it. Despite their cruelty, Mongols were
hospitable to their visitors and it was proved by famous merchant Marco Polo on his book, The
Travels of Marco Polo.

Families that are greatly related to each other form clans for a simple purpose of working
together in able to survive in their everyday lives. But as the Mongol clans are becoming larger
and larger, they have decided to form a larger unit in a form of tribes. In Mongolian tribes,
people were able to choose their leaders by election in a social feast and a political gathering
called quiriltai. But the thing is,people cannot just choose anyone to be their leader because the
tribe leader that must be chosen must come from the most powerful clan in their tribe and it must
have a skill, more specifically, military skills that the chosen leader must be able to make their
tribe stronger in all aspects. Also, the tribe leader must have a ties and connections to the noble
families or ruling clan of the other tribes which are called Borjigid or Kiyad.By the end of 12th
century, Genghis Khan was elected to be the tribe leader of their tribe and after almost 20 years, he
was able to unite all the tribes in Mongolia and he was then titled as the Great Khan . Under the
rule of Genghis, he replaced the old tribal leaders to military commanders. The military commander
s son could inherit his father s position. As the Mongolian Empire becomes larger under his rule,

Differences Of Animation From The East And Western Animation
WESTERN ANIMATION AND EASTERN ANIMATION
There is little or no indication of where animation would start, but possibly one the earliest form of
animation would be shadow play in the east (especially in the southeast area) The uses of light to
create images produced by shadows cast by certain objects onto a screen (with the illusion of
movement). However, animation continues to grow even expanding continents and then modified to
attain certain identities of each cultures. Here, I would try to compare animations from the west and
the east. There are several factors that separate animation from the west and East. The most well
known animation, the cel/ traditional animation rises early from western civilization. Since its
introduction, this style ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Some example of experimental animation would be Norman McLaren s Neighbours which
combine live actors and setting with stop motion animation. In terms of experimental animation, I
would say that the west is better at it than the east. This statement could be true due to the fact that
the technological advancement in Western culture are superior than in Eastern culture, and having
pioneered traditional/ cel animation decades before Eastern Animation could afford proper
animation. Experiments such as Clay Animation, Silhouette, and others challenge the critical minds
of human all over the world, therefore could be the reason of western animation s rapid growth of
popularity.
Western animation is also the first to implement the famous computer generated three dimensional
animation in animation history. Most prominent of the animation would be Toy Story, produced by
Pixar Studios. This technique would later be universal both in west and East. Malaysia who have
embraced 3D animation few decades ago now received critical success in the local animation
industry. Not to miss that animations such as BoboiBoy, and Upin and Ipin received international
attention from neighbouring

Ageing
4. Discuss the physical and psychological changes associated with normal ageing. How can one
minimise pathological ageing?
The process of aging has been around as long as life itself. All living organisms pass through three
broad stages from conception to death, which are maturation, maturity and aging. Aging affects
everyone because nearly everyone has the potential to grow old and all the societies in which we
live have older members (Macdonald, 1997). Gerontology is the use of reason to understand aging.
The term was used to refer to the scientific study of aging, but nowadays it includes the study of
aging using views from other disciplines such as humanities, social policy and human services. To
correctly understand aging, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In order to counter act this one must maintain regular and also suitable exercise. One must take into
consideration the exercise tolerance in relation to his/her current age. Change to healthier lifestyle
by quitting smoking as this can have a direct relationship and can worsen the breathlessness. It is
important to not mix mild shortness of breath that does not affect normal daily activities with
shortness of breath at low exercise level and wheezing as these may be symptoms of chronic
bronchitis, asthma or heart failure.
Digestive System
A common change related to normal aging is changes that affect the digestive system. The most
common one observed in old age is constipation (Macdonald, 1997). In order to minimise
constipation it is essential or eat a fibre rich diet with more vegetables and fruit. Also maintaining
regular exercise can also reduce the chance of developing constipation. Stools with blood or mucus
are not part of normal ageing.
Urination
In normal ageing changes in urination also occurs. It is seen that there is more frequent urination
at night (Matteson et al., 1998). In order to minimise this pathological aspect of normal ageing, it
is suggested to avoid fluid intake one hour before sleeping. It is important to distinguish between
difficulty or pain while passing urine as this may be due to urinary tract infections and for men as
well as

A weekly Saturday morning farmer s market offers a vibrant taste of the rich local heritage. In
addition, the island s macadamia nut farm, coffee plantation, and kite factory provide abundant
opportunities to explore the island s unique character. Dining options cover the full spectrum from
inexpensive eateries to extravagant gourmet feasts, complete with traditional native entertainment.
In addition to tourism, major industries on the island include fishing, farming, and retail sales. With
the collapse of the sugar and pineapple industries in the 1990s, the island has moved to replace
these once dominant industries with more diversified aqua culture and agriculture.
Tropical Island is governed by an autonomous council. Residents elect a mayor, who serves a three
year term with a two term limit, and an eight member island council with two year terms.
The island council, with current mayor Gil Egan as its representative, is responsible for making all
decisions regarding the island community. Decisions are made by majority vote of the council. The
mayor performs the function of tie breaker when necessary.
There are five public and two private schools on the island serving 2,000 students from kindergarten
through twelfth grade. Residents seeking a college level education typically move off the island for

The Scale of Values in Alexander Pope s Poem The Rape of the Lock
I found Alexander Pope s The Rape of the Lock a delightful, amusing poem. Throughout the
poem, trivialities are compared with events and objects or consequence and the insignificant is
treated with utmost importance. Its very title gives the reader an immediate clue; rape and all its
connotations bring to mind a heinous crime of physical and spiritual violation. Perhaps this
description could apply to the theft of a lock of hair, but only in a world where normal morals are
perverted. This skewed scale of values is shown repeatedly throughout the poem, and supporting
this alternate world are the sylphs. As the souls of former coquettes, the sylphs exist solely to ...

Here, the word militia brings to mind an imposing, well regulated army, rather than a gossamer
grouping of sprites bent on protecting beauty and virginity.
It is sylph Ariel that foresees the dread event of the poem s title. Ariel says to Belinda: Warned by
the Sylph, O pious maid, beware! / This to disclose is all thy guardian can: / Beware of all, but
most beware of man! (1.109, 112 14). Man, of course, is the coquette s eternal adversary. A lady
must be very careful; men may be allured and teased, but as prey they can be unpredictable.
Following this warning Belinda wakes and begins the transcendental toilet, one of my favorite
scenes in the poem. Pope elevates Belinda s morning preparations to the level of High Mass; a
mystical, spiritual experience in which miraculous transformation takes place. In this ritual,
however, cosmetic powers rather than cosmic powers are relied upon. (1.124). With the aid of the
sylphs, Belinda begins her grooming:
And now, unveiled, the toilet stands displayed,
Each silver vase in mystic order laid.
First, robed in white, the nymph intent adores,
With head uncovered, the cosmetic powers.
A heavenly image in the glass appears;
To that she bends, to that her eyes she rears.
The inferior priestess, at her altar s side,
Trembling begins the sacred rites of Pride. (1.121 28)

The rapid globalization of today s economy requires business leaders to pursue innovation to cater

Businesses are driven by market diversity. Such variety, allows businesses to adapt and make
changes in order to compete. Stakeholder can predict an increase in revenue due to the growing
needs of a diverse market. However, a business plan that warrants an organizational change which
aims to compete in the changing market demands can only be successful if and when it is
executed with full cooperation from the overall organization. Hence, resistance to change must be
eradicate, if not minimized. Realistically, change is constant but some changes are uncomfortable
(Bridges, 2000). For this reason some employees tend to resist change. According to (Haslam et
al., 2004) majority of business organizations performs poorly in executing large scale changes
because of the resistance within the organisation. In a study of 288 companies by Tim Creasy as
cited in (Haslam et al., 2004) found out that resistance to change in all levels of the organization is
prevalent which is an indication the resisting to change is a natural response. (Bridges Mitchell,
2000) point out that an organization may take time to transition towards the desired continuous
improvement due to resistance to change. They have highlighted three reason why employees
repel vicissitudes: 1. Saying Goodbye, 2. The Neutral Zone, and 3. moving forward. Employees
may struggle in saying goodbye to old

The Role Of Aristocratic Women In The Tudor Period
When looking at much of Tudor History especially at the earlier reigns of Henry VII and his
successor Henry VIII many historians have neglected to explore the agency of women in this
period. More specifically the agency of women in the aristocracy is something that can be heavily
debated. Aristocratic women in the Tudor period while often presented as side actors who get acted
upon are were actually dynamic individuals who forged their own paths. When looking at these
women it is important to analyze it in terms of their religion, family, and social position.
Through much of my research I found that these dynamic women had complex motives and
reasoning behind most of their actions. It is also important to note that many of these women
who did not always have the agency they wanted were being constrained by either their wealth,
family, or social position. The day to day and struggles of an aristocratic women s early life
greatly deferred from those of the more common women and for this reason the case of their
agency is wholly different.
When analyzing the autonomy of aristocratic women of the Tudor period it is impossible to
overlook Anne Boleyn and her rise and fall to power. It is important to analyze how her family the
Boleyn s as well as the Howards shaped her life but also the way she shaped theirs. Some
historians say that you can t look at Anne as an example as the agency of an aristocratic women
because she was queen of England. This is not necessarily true as she

Essay on History of Smallpox
The History of Smallpox
Abstract
The history of smallpox goes back for thousands of years. It is thought to have appeared as much
as 10,000 years ago and since then, it has claimed the lives of millions of people, many of whom
have been famous figures in history. After a vaccine was discovered in 1796, countries throughout
the world began the fight to eradicate the disease. This fight was won in 1980 as a result of the
international effort headed by the World Health Organization. Today, smallpoxis no longer a threat
in nature but the virus is still stored in labs, from which a biological weapon could be made.
Until its eradication, smallpox was a disease that had been ravaging the human race for a very long

When Cortez first sailed into what is now Mexico, he brought with him five hundred men. This
small number would have been not nearly enough to defeat the battle hardened Aztec empire.
They carried with them the smallpox virus which killed off an estimated 3.5 million natives,
allowing the Spanish to obtain control (Baxby 13). Although this transmission was helpful, it
was innocent. Later, however, people would get wise to the power of smallpox as a biological
weapon. In the French and Indian War, Sir Jeffery Amherst was the British commander in chief
for the war. In a letter to Colonel Henry Bouquet, he said that Could it not be Contrived to Send

smallpox virus and then give said blankets to the Native Americans as a perceived act of good will.
In addition to the millions of regular people that smallpox killed or scarred during its years of
rampage across the globe, it also nabbed some famous victims. The virus has ruthlessly taken
kings, queens, czars, and emperors. In 1157 BC, the pharaoh of Egypt, Ramses V died suddenly
and when his tomb was found and opened, archeologists found that his body was covered with
pustules that looked strikingly like smallpox. Queen Elizabeth I of England was a victim of the

Don t settle for low quality cell phone images, hiring a professional photographer can really make
any home look its best. You ll want the pictures of your luxury home to attract the buyers, capturing
every aspect and detail, and hiring a professional photographer will do that.
Like mentioned above, some listings may even include video tours of a luxury property. Video
tours are becoming more and more popular throughout real estate listings. Whether a prospective
buyer is across the country or across the street, a video tour will allow them to get a good look of
your home and the features it has.
While professional photography and video may be costly, they are both considered a good
investment. The better the media looks on your listing, the more likely your luxury home will
attract the right buyers.
Price Your Home
Knowing your buyer and investing in professional marketing materials both play an important
role in selling a luxury home. However, the price is a factor that is ultimately the biggest
influence on a prospective buyers decision. Deciding on a price for your luxury home may be
one of the hardest parts of the selling process. Your property should be advertised at a price that
will attract buyers, a price they are willing to pay.

Essay Blue Heron
In Cold Mountain and A Poem for the Blue Heron , tone is established in a multitude of ways.
These two pieces of literature describe the characteristics and actions of a blue heron, both aiming
for the same goal. However, Charles Frazier and Mary Oliver approach their slightly differing tones
employing organization, metaphoric language, and diction.
Organization is a key element in Frazier s and Oliver s work, as it works directly to set the tone,
as well as acting as a symbol of nature. Charles Frazier writes in long, descriptive sentences and
paragraphs. These, along with the carefully chosen words in the smooth sentences, create a
relaxing, peaceful tone and feel to the story. This tone reflects on the symbolic part of structure;...

Metaphoric language is used in both works to establish tone, but the approaches differ. In Cold
Mountain, Frazier uses similes to bring emphasis on different aspects of nature. For instance, the
author describes the heron s legs and wings as black as the river. This is to continue the smooth,
even tone of the passage and establish that there is a continuous circle, spawning from nature and
leading right back to nature. Relating the heron to another awe inspiring aspect of nature simply
elevates its divinity. Personification is also used in this passage to give the paragraphs an ironic
tone. When Frazier describes the heron as look[ing] high as a man in the slant light with its long
shadow blown out across the water , he establishes a tone of irony. The heron is mocking mankind,
who stands in front of nature (and supposedly above it) and allow themselves to consume it
entirely. The irony continues as the heron looks as if it does not know where to step next, lost in
its own conceit. This ironic tone is a laugh at mankind for being so selfish. However, in the poem,
Oliver speaks in the first person narrative, as if mankind is attached to nature and can comprehend
what is happening. This gives the poem a cynical tone, full of anticipated destruction and isolation.
Metaphoric language adds to tone immensely.
The diction used by the authors is extremely telling in itself as well. In Cold Mountain, Frazier
starts off with the absolute phrase, off in the river

Disruption Of Natural Order In Macbeth
The Significance Of Setting Of Macbeth In The Disruption of The Sacred Natural Order
Today, we rely on a contextualization of most things in order to make sense of them. The plot,
and the theme of a play are better appreciated when we are clear and informed about the play s
setting. Knowing when and where the play or event takes place, is the key to truly understanding
that play or event. The time and place helps us to understand what the play is all about and it s true
meaning. This concept relates to William Shakespeare s classic tragedy Macbeth, as knowledge of
the setting helps us to better understand Macbeth s character and his actions. Set in the year 1050 in
northern Scotland, the time and place heavily reflect the Medieval period ... Show more content on

Through the cultural context of the play, this play has links to Early Modern England.
Historically, Macbeth ruled Scotland as the king for 17 years from 1040 to 1057. However, the
accounts in this Scottish Period vary. Furthermore, scholars agree that Macbeth gained the
throne by killing King Duncan and lost the throne to his son Malcolm by being killed.
Shakespeare heavily searched for these types of histories as well as other sources in the structure
of the play. More specifically, he used Raphael Holinshed s Chronicles of England, Scotland, and
Ireland published in 1587 but he may have been familiar with George Buchanan s Rerum
Scoticarum Historae published a few years back in 1582. Both of these scholars were historians
that mainly covered the subject of Macbeth. Moreover, William Shakespeare deviates from these
historical sources in his exploration of the main themes of kingship, human nature, and evil. These
alterations to the story include portraying the tragic hero as an evil person and portraying Banquo
as a sympathetic character. As an example, Holinshed and Shakespeare s illustrations of Duncan is
different. Duncan historically, is described as a young, weak, and an ineffective king. On the other
hand, William Shakespeare s vision for Duncan is an older, benevolent, influential, and virtuous
king, whose murder

points that were arguably the most eye catching was the clear win of Sanders against Hillary and
the shocking results in the runner ups of the Republican party. In the Democratic results of the
New Hampshire primaries, Bernie Sanders s win against Hillary Clinton was although well
predicted, still a surprising win. Throughout this entire campaign trail, many people believed

Even though Trump s win is a bit of a scare to some in America and the Republican party, what
really stood out in this party s primary was the runner ups following Trump s clear win. Many
had thought Republican candidate Cruz would be second runner up, but shockingly other
candidate John Kasich followed Trump with 16% in the vote. Throughout the rest of the
primaries, candidates Bush and Cruz had been a battle for third place with both having 11%,
while Rubio had trailed in at 9%. Although Cruz and Rubio s failure had been a bit predicted, no
one would have predicted the first runner up to be not too talked about candidate Kasich. It
seemingly similar to the Democratic candidate Sanders who at first everyone thought would not
succeed in these presidential campaigns, but winds up winning the hearts of many Americans.
The close race between the two went on for a couple hours, slowly rising and falling in the
percentiles for Bush and Cruz. Once all the votes were in, the clear winner in third place of the
primaries was Bush with 17%, Cruz at 12%, and Rubio at

Protests Riots Of The United States
Protests riots in the United States has proven to an issue for both the country s financial strength
and the unity of the nation. With the presence of social injustices, combined with the increased
impact of social media propaganda, protests riots are beginning to reach an all time high. Protest
riots destroy individual communities and businesses, jeopardizes the safety of others and taints
the protest s cause by resorting to civil disobedience. Action must be done in order to prevent
these random acts of violence from continuing after every social hot topic. The goal is not to
prevent citizens from protesting; in fact, this should be encouraged. The goal is to change the
way the protests are handled from both the citizens and authority perspectives, in order to prevent
these protests from escalating into something dangerous. There are three solutions that need to be
introduced in order to correct the problems caused by protest riots. If police officers change their
approach when dealing with protests, there is a smaller chance that a protest will escalate into a
riot. Also if there are hidden cameras implanted around the community and inside policer officer
uniforms more people will be caught for their actions. If rioters embrace a more peaceful approach
toward social injustices, they will be higher regarded by the general public. Purvi Shah, a
demonstrator in the 2014 Ferguson protest, described her first account experience in the middle of

The Caster Chronicles by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl
Since I was a kid I have been fascinated by the imaginary world where there are magic, mythical
creatures and the freedom of having power to do what you want. My preference was fading until
the movie Beautiful Creatures, a film adaptation for the first novel in the series The Caster
Chronicles by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl. When it hit the theater, I watched it and decided to
read the next novelin the series called Beautiful Darkness .
Published by Little, Brown on October 12, 2010, Beautiful Darkness is a 528 page young adult
fantasy and romance novel. The story continued with the recovering of two main characters, Ethan
Wate, a mortal and Lena Duchannes, a caster. Despite their different species, they fell in lovethe
first time they saw each other at Jackson High School, and confronted many challenges from
Lena s malicious mom, Sarafine Duchannes, and a family curse. Personally, I am a very selective
reader, but it was such a riveting, gripping novel that it only took 5 days to complete. The
combination of the roller coaster love story, the fighting scene between dark and light, and the
adventurous way they conquer love has ranked the novel #3 on New York Times bestsellers.
The novel is told in first person by Ethan Wate. Ethan is a typical 16 year old boy growing up in
Gatlin with his parents until his mom passed away the previous summer. His dad had gone mad
and was sent to a mental hospital in town. He lives with Amarie Treadeau, nicknamed and better

Questioning Strategies to Improve Understanding of Conic...
Introduction I chose to focus on how the use of questioning strategies in a whole class setting
improves student understanding of conic sections because I struggle with using open ended
questioning. I see how yes and no questions do not usually cause students to think, since the answer
to the question is often in the question. However, from my own experience as a teacher, simply
asking an open ended question about a new topic can cause frustration. If the students do not
have any idea of how to answer the question, they simply stare and look confused. Even so, I do
believe that open ended questions can be very beneficial as an aid to learning if they are asked
properly.

The question content determines the type of information that a teacher obtains about students
thinking (Manouchehri Lapp, 2003, p.564), and, of course, the purpose of the question must align
with the learning goals. It is important to note that Small modifications in the questions asked of
students can furnish insights into students conceptual understanding of the computations and
processes . . . (Chappell Thompson, 1999, p.470). For instance, asking why an answer is correct
gives more information about the student s understanding than merely asking what the correct
answer is. Using effective questioning is a skill developed over time and with experience. The
more the teacher practices strategic questioning, the better the teacher will become at this skill.
Before asking a question the educator should consider whether it actually needs to be answered,
whether it will open up discussion, and whether it leads to the learning goals (Inspire, 2011). If it
does none of these, the question does not need to be asked.

Non Medical Sex Selection Should Be Legal
Non medical sex selection is currently illegal in New Zealand under section 11 of the Human
Assisted Reproductive Technology (HART) Act 2004. The purpose of the Act is to secure the
benefits of assisted reproductive procedures, while also protecting and promoting the health, safety
and dignity, particularly of women and children, in the use of these procedures. The Act follows the
principlesunder section 4 to protect the health and wellbeing of the children and women involved
(s 4(a) and (c)), and to respect Maori and other ethical, spiritual, and cultural perspectives in
society (s 4(f) and (g)). There are currently many arguments regarding non medical sex selection
and whether or not it should be legal. This paper outlines why legal reform is warranted in NZ.
The UK s Human Fertilisation and Embryology Association (HFEA) uses the harm principle in
regulating reproductive technologies. John Stuart Mill (1956) stated that, the only purpose for
which power can be rightfully exercised over any member of a civilized community, against his
will, is to prevent harm from others ; meaning that regulation should only intervene when something
is significantly harmful to others. There must remain a realm of private morality and immorality
that is not the law s business (reference). The harm principle is not relevant in the context of sex
selection because of Partif s non identity paradox; there is no harm to a child born of sex selection
because had sex selection not been used

that the proper use of derivatives can bring. The derivatives market has developed responding to the

Gender Stereotypes In The Rocky Horror Picture Show
The Rocky Horror Picture Show is not so much a movie as more of a long running social
phenomenon (Ebert). The interpretation of the film, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, which was
produced in 1975, opens the curtains to the cross on top of a church after being introduced to the
characters by the huge, bright red lips. Promptly after the introduction the camera moves in a
sensational gesture towards a just married couple that is walking to the front of the church with
their wedding guests, carrying the traditional wedding ceremony of throwing the newly brides
bouquet. The visual that is taken in this scene seems to be vital to the aspect behind the film, as it
is showing how dull a wedding that carries the same tradition can be, especially since it is being
related to the following scene at the castle of Dr. Frank n Furter. With the proximity of the
heterosexual traditions and the events at the mansion, it is obvious this film is meant to draw into
question the common genderstereotypes along with sexuality. The Rocky Horror Picture Show
validates that gender roles and stereotypes are socially constructed and that there should not be any
social stigma attached to personalities that cannot easily be identified as a male or female by using
irony, the use of social practice, and more specifically through Dr. Fran n Furter s character.
Even with an unbiased reading of the production, it is obvious that The Rocky Horror Picture

I have not killed anybody myself, there is no blood staining my hands. However, it feels like

much a person should have to live with, only so much a person can live with before the darkness
behind them becomes overwhelming. I feel like, looking back on everything that I have
experienced, that everybody has a past that is dark. Everybody has things they have seen that haunt

Being in the affiliate marketing business is not that hard now with the internet at your disposable.

So with technology at hand, and assuming that the affiliate is working from home, a day in his or

Of course, this will be published in the newsletters. Among the more important information that has

An engineering career can give options to a college graduate that are hard to match. Engineering

Factors That Affect The Concentration Of A Solvent
Colligative property is a basic of science and tends to happen in our everyday lives. According to
our section, colligative property is a property of a solvent that depends on the number of solute
particles issued in it, but not on the identity or nature of those solute particles. When more solute
that is added to a given amount of solvent, the more a colligative property of that solvent changes.
The change in vapor pressure, boiling point, and freezing point are all examples of colligative
properties.
Vapor pressure is reversible due to the fact that gasparticles can come in contact with the surface of
a liquid and can become attached to the liquid particles and then condensed back to the liquid
phase. As you increase the temperature of ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This disruption of the freezing process results in a lower freezing point for the solution
compared to the pure solvent. Freezing point occurs quite frequently in our everyday lives
especially in the winter, for example, when ice freezes on the streets where people walk and
drive. We put salt down on the road to prevent accidents and salt can lower the freezing of water.
As I understand, salt melts the ice and won t let that water freeze again until the temperatures get
even lower that they are at that time. Due to the salt melting the ice and freezing again it can create
black ice.
Black ice tends to be smooth, hard, and clear. Packed snow more than likely will turn into black
ice, especially when it rains and then temperatures drop below freezing. Black ice occurs when
temperatures are below 30 degree C. Black ice is similar to regular ice, although, black ice is
very hard to see. Black ice is transparent to the surface it is on. Having this type of ice makes
driving, walking, biking, skating, or any other type of movement very dangerous. To prevent
black ice, remove packed snow completely. If not removed, the snow consist of feathery, six sided
crystals of ice. These feathery snowflakes can cause fluffy and light snow. A few days after, snow
gradually compacts together and get less fluffy. Inside the snow, water molecules are

Differences Between The North And South Of The World
Inequality, a topic that I believe runs through the centre of Geography, dominates both the UK,
and the entire world. In the UK, numerous economic, cultural and political factors divide the
North from the South. To name a few: there is a missing year of life expectancy north of the line,
children south of the line are much more likely to attend Russell group universities, house prices
have recently soared in the South, and politically, the South tend to vote conservative, while the
North vote labour. Similar geographical concerns are occurring on an international level. In my
opinion, this divide between the North and South of the world is being exacerbated by
globalisation. Although this is the belief that countries are becoming too similar, due to a
decrease in cultural differences, I believe it is leading to even larger economic differences.
Through my reading of Globalization by Joseph Stiglitz, it is clear that me and him have the
same view. He explains that despite constant promises of reducing poverty made over the last
decade, the actual number of people living in poverty has increased by almost 100 million. This
occurred at the same time that total world income actually increased by an average of 2.5 percent
annually. Stiglitz explains that the benefits of globalisation have been less than its advocates claim,
and that the price paid has been greater. The environment has been destroyed, political processes
have been corrupted, and the rapid pace of change has not

Jola Initiation Ritual Essay
Jola Initiation Ritual The phenomenon of folkloric festivals and cultural identity in the
contemporary Senegal region of the Casamance provides a unique opportunity to experience and
describe customs that have dictated creative and functional experiences for over a thousand years
in the western mid enclave of African continent. In seeking to understand this subject we are made
aware of the changing textures of time and space and the beauty of physical universe existence, as
well as the challenge of continental mapping and composite humanity. This is so because the
essence of African identity can be sensed through its integration of individual and communal zones

The folkloric festival in Casamance is a timely occurrence that gives insight into the regional
cultural qualities of a people in transition. In seeking to penetrate into this subject one has an
opportunity to: 1) better understand the subject of Identity from a universal perspective 2) notice
the spectra of correspondence qualities that allow for genesis associations as experienced from
responses from actual events in progress as a point of focus to speculate on the larger question of
African aesthetics and value systems 3) look at the subject of form and interaction dynamics (and
what value a given formal state might have as for inquiring into a unified African vibrational and
mental disposition that could also assist the effort to better understand the subject of Africa from a
continental and universal perspective) and finally 4) to better understand the special role of music,
and what I call vibrational dynamics , in composite African culture and what this subject could
mean to trans African vibrational radiance as we approach the new millennium. In the first
category, the challenge of identity for this paper will involve an attempt to isolate the kind of event

Tim Wynne Jones The Maestro
The Bible above most, perhaps above all, books that have been written, has temperament... It
draws upon attention and patience. It disciplines negligence. It puts fine spurs to motive. ... It is
a liberal education to learn how to live with it. (Phelps, E S.) p.467 In other words according to
The Book of Revelation, it is an apocalypse or unveiling of the truth about life. (Mounce, Robert
H.) For Tim Wynne Jones, music [is his] major inspiration (Jenkins, Phil). This author prefers parts
of a game where ...the crises are imminent, the dangers unseen, the triumphs partial but also
enormous. (Jenkins, Phil). Nevertheless, in Tim Wynne Jones The Maestro, Burl goes through a
very rough past but manages to change his outlook on life once beauty is revealed to him. It
reveals the mysteries of music and the universe, as well as the complexities of Burl s life which in
turn provides the protagonist hope and inspiration. We see this through the child s life which begins
filled with struggle and abuse then follows even when he first encounters the piano. However, there
is something about it that s freeing and attracting Burl. Later on, he finds a sanctuary a fantasy
place where something is revealed to him. This Revelation brought inspiration which in turn has
made him aware of affection in dealing with his emotions and feelings of hope, his behaviours
related to his decisions, his affiliations by being optimistic through his relations with others and
lastly, has made him wiser in

Example Of The Lemon Case
The Lemon Case Yazan Deiry Schiller International University Introduction An offer, according
to business law, is an expression that an individual is willing to enter into a contract, provided
specific terms are adhered to and as soon as it is accepted it ultimately becomes binding by the
person with whom this offer has been addressed to (Riches Allen, 2013). To form an agreement,
there has to be an offer by a party, an exchange of thought or consideration (an item of value), and
an acceptance by the other party. The individual that proposes the agreement terms makes the
offer, and is referred to as the offeror within the contract or agreement law while the individual to
whom the proposal or offer is made is called the offeree (Llewellyn, 2013). This case study
describes a situation where an individual owned a new cell phone that gave him a lot of trouble.

Hurd, a lawyer accepted to purchase a law office from another lawyer, whereby the offeror who
was selling the law office exaggerated the representations regarding what he was earning due to the
value of the practice (Friedmann, 2003). However, the lawyer who purchased the office noted that
the practice was not worthy and that the seller had created false representations, hence; he sued for
the contract s rescission. The court granted the lawyer a rescission of the contract on the grounds
that the man was influenced to enter into a contract by means of false representation. Furthermore,
the representations made by seller were false (Friedmann, 2003). In this regard, the person who was
making the offer of the lemon misrepresented the facts in that he was not selling a lemon, but a cell
phone. The owner of the phone carelessly announced the offer without much regard as to the
consequences and as such, the neighbor was induced into entering into the

Flaws Of Society In Northanger Abbey
In the novel, Northanger Abbey, Jane Austen introduces many events and key characters,
including the heroine Catherine Morland, to the reader to exploit the flaws of society during the
regency period. The main character of Northanger Abbey, Catherine Morland, ventures away from
her sheltered home in Fulleerton to a place called Bath, where many people gather every year to
partake in a multitude of social events. Accompanied by the Allen s, a wealthy married couple
quite fond off Catherine, Catherine is placed in a class not necessarily hers. Catherine is expected
to learn and comply with society and the unsaid laws that follow. During Catherine s journey she
meets many people who break and/or challenge these standards.

Instead of talking and getting to know others for themselves, people were able to quickly be
informed of someone s background, occupation, family social standing, heritage, and income in
a few minutes of them entering the room. Asking if a certain household was rich and worrying
about the income of other was socially acceptable at this time. We first see this when our heroine
Catherine attends her second ball she meets Henry Tilney and dances with him twice. After the
ball, the Allen s and Catherine discuss it and Mr.Allen had early in the evening taken pains to
know who her her partner was, and had been assured of Mr.Tilney s being a clergyman, and of a
very respectable family in Gloucestershire (Austen 17). Getting information on other people was
common during the Regency period, but judging people by stats is like judging a book by its
cover which can never really be trusted. The severity of this is shown when Catherine get basically

yet more wealthy than his vanity , and by ...bestowing a rich aunt, and sinking half the children, he

reliability, credibility, and validity on the account of Noah s flood. The rebuttal will give emphasis
on the claims young earth creationist have on the earth s existence period. Additionally, address
old earth and young earth theories. Finally identify any fallacies in the argument. For centuries
creation theorists have given emphasis to Noah s flood as enough evidence to a universal deluge.
Nevertheless, it is understood the ark presented in the Bible had a higher credibility to a local

The following claim states that it can give evidence that all animals and humans originated from
occupants of the ark. The people could have descended from the ark inhabitants, but scientist
lack evidence on the animals descending from the ark. Finding the ark does not give evidence
of the ancestry of all creatures. One way to refute this is consider the Koala in Australia. How
did this earthly animal travel to Australia once the ark settled? Traveling this distance would be
impossible nevertheless because the flood was local Koalas did not need to be on the ark.
Furthermore, the author asserts that locating ark remains forces paleontologists to re decipher
fossils as an effect of the flood, not of many years buildup. Old earth creationists relates fully
with the geological proof of the arks old age existence. There are no findings of the ark, although
several informants alleged to have seen it. In reality the ark will never be located, most likely it
no longer exists. Noah maybe used the ark wood for rebuilding the society. God declared to
Noah never again would He destroy the world with water. Noah was clear he had no use for the
ark maybe he dismantled it for constructing material. Moreover, creation theorists Baumgardner,
and Barnett claim after the flood the land would have resembled a lifeless wilderness deprived of
trees and plants. If the plant and tree seeds floated after the flood it would still take many years

Similarities Between Barefoot Gen And Animal Farm
Barefoot Gen written by Keiji Nakazawa and Animal Farm written by George Orwell are two
stories that are relatively different from each other but contain a similar theme of bystanderism.
Bystanding is not seen as courageous and shows signs of weakness, especially If someone were to
perform terrible acts on a community member, and everyone just stood and watched, or walked by
without saying anything. It gives that person complete power over everyone else and things often
get worse. If no one ever tells them off, nothing will change. A bystander is defined as a person that
is present at the event but doesn t get involved and we can see this is Barefoot Gen from the
neighborhood children and parents, the soldiers on the streets, and the kid s classmates. In Animal
Farm, bystanders are seen by the surrounding animals, where they see inhumane acts but turn their
heads, sometimes pretending they had no idea.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It tells us a story about the experience of a boy, living in conditions of Japan during the 1940s.
His family is labeled as traitors after Gens dad proudly voices his opinion about the war and his
kids follow in his footsteps. The neighbors are all aware of how the Nakaokas are being treated.
The kids are bullied, abused by other children, the father is beaten by police officers, Eiko, the
daughter, was strip searched, and people bad mouth them on the streets, yet they do nothing
because they do not want to be seen as traitors too. A specific story is when Hanada (a boy who
ran from training) was caught and returned. The squad leader continuously beat him with a bat and
called him horrendous words. Koji tried to step in but was also thrown down to the ground. There
were people around, but no one did anything, they just stood around and watched it all unfold.

Self-Identity Qualities
Identity is defined as the qualities that distinguish one from someone else. Thus, self identity is
how one characterizes themselves as an individual. This may at first seem easy to conclude. One
might say I am me because I look in the mirror and recognize myself. Or, I am me because I
possess a mind and memories unique to me that cannot be replicated by another in the same
perspective. However, the body and the mindundergo constant change throughout life, so how can
they be attributed to one s sameness ? I have arrived at the problem of self identity, what makes
one person the same over time? I assert that in addition to the presence of unique physical and
mental substance, in each person is a constant factor that cannot be altered. I shall show that the
problem of self identity is solved with both the existence of a soulas well as psychological makeup;
X is the same as Y so long as X possesses the same soul, body and consciousnessas Y.
Descartes theory of dualism supposes that there are two fundamental substances. The body is an
example of a material substance, as it can be defined by its dimension, shape, movement, and other
extensions. However, an immaterial substance like the mind cannot be defined by such concepts,
nor can it be interpreted from sensory data. Descartes argues that the mind is the soul, as it cannot
be altered by physiological means and ascribes its place in the pineal gland. Though I agree with
Descartes distinguishing of the mind and body, I do

Narrative Elements Of Horror
Almost every genre of film to date has been designed and developed to make an audience feel
satisfied or sexed up and in love or delighted or inspired or rushed with adrenaline. Horror, on the
other hand, was the first genre that preyed on the audience s deepest fears and utilized them to
provide cinema with nightmare flair. And everybody loved it.
The idea of this essay is to address the nightmarish absurdity that horror is so well known for. I will
consider the development of the genre, as well as explore the stylistic, thematic and narrative
elements of the genre; including discourse on the visuals, the symbolisms and the subject matter in
addition to any impact the genre had on the audience, and address what role said impact had in
defining ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The term body horror was first coined in 1986 in an issue of the film magazine Screen. The films of
this subgenre concentrate on the human body and the horror of estrangement from within. Defined,
body horror is:
Such destruction or generation of the human body can be as a result of anything from alien life
forces to genetic mutations, viruses, diseases etc. Much of this subgenre was to do with society s
body anxiety and body consciousness and also explores identity and humanity. (Class notes: Body
Horror) Though these films address such valid points, they also strive to create a swelling unease
in the viewer and an awkward discomfort the viewer s body. The intent is to provoke sickness,
revulsion, and abhorrence in the audience.
Eraserhead, without a doubt, succeeds in achieving all of the above. This film is such a significant,
sweeping example of the far reaching horror genre. Expressionism s influence on this genre is so
captivatingly portrayed in the film, to the extent that many of the shots, throughout the entire film,
look just like works of German Expressionist art.

All living organisms pass through three broad stages from conception to death, which are maturation, maturity and aging. Aging affects everyone because nearly everyone has the potential to grow old and all the societies in which we live have older members (Macdonald, 1997). Gerontology is the use of reason to understand aging. The term was used to refer to the scientific study of aging, but nowadays it includes the study of aging using views from other disciplines such as humanities, social policy and human services. The Scale of Values in Alexander Pope s Poem The Rape of the Lock I found Alexander Pope s The Rape of the Lock a delightful, amusing poem. Throughout the poem, trivialities are compared with events and objects or consequence and the insignificant is treated with utmost importance. Its very title gives the reader an immediate clue; rape and all its connotations bring to mind a heinous crime of physical and spiritual violation. Perhaps this description could apply to the theft of a lock of hair, but only in a world where normal morals are perverted. Man, of course, is the coquette s eternal adversary. A lady must be very careful; men may be allured and teased, but as prey they can be unpredictable. Following this warning Belinda wakes and begins the transcendental toilet, one of my favorite scenes in the poem. Pope elevates Belinda s morning preparations to the level of High Mass; a mystical, spiritual experience in which miraculous transformation takes place. In this ritual, however, cosmetic powers rather than cosmic powers are relied upon. (1.124). With the aid of the sylphs, Belinda begins her grooming: And now, unveiled, the toilet stands displayed, Each silver vase in mystic order laid. First, robed in white, the nymph intent adores, With head uncovered, the cosmetic powers. A heavenly image in the glass appears; To that she bends, to that her eyes she rears. • 11. The Role Of Aristocratic Women In The Tudor Period When looking at much of Tudor History especially at the earlier reigns of Henry VII and his successor Henry VIII many historians have neglected to explore the agency of women in this period. More specifically the agency of women in the aristocracy is something that can be heavily debated. Aristocratic women in the Tudor period while often presented as side actors who get acted upon are were actually dynamic individuals who forged their own paths. When looking at these women it is important to analyze it in terms of their religion, family, and social position. Through much of my research I found that these dynamic women had complex motives and reasoning behind most of their actions. It is also important to note that many of these women who did not always have the agency they wanted were being constrained by either their wealth, family, or social position. The day to day and struggles of an aristocratic women s early life greatly deferred from those of the more common women and for this reason the case of their agency is wholly different. When analyzing the autonomy of aristocratic women of the Tudor period it is impossible to overlook Anne Boleyn and her rise and fall to power. It is important to analyze how her family the Boleyn s as well as the Howards shaped her life but also the way she shaped theirs. These two pieces of literature describe the characteristics and actions of a blue heron, both aiming for the same goal. However, Charles Frazier and Mary Oliver approach their slightly differing tones employing organization, metaphoric language, and diction. Organization is a key element in Frazier s and Oliver s work, as it works directly to set the tone, as well as acting as a symbol of nature. In Cold Mountain, Frazier uses similes to bring emphasis on different aspects of nature. For instance, the author describes the heron s legs and wings as black as the river. This is to continue the smooth, even tone of the passage and establish that there is a continuous circle, spawning from nature and leading right back to nature. Relating the heron to another awe inspiring aspect of nature simply elevates its divinity. Personification is also used in this passage to give the paragraphs an ironic tone. When Frazier describes the heron as look[ing] high as a man in the slant light with its long shadow blown out across the water , he establishes a tone of irony. The heron is mocking mankind, who stands in front of nature (and supposedly above it) and allow themselves to consume it entirely. The irony continues as the heron looks as if it does not know where to step next, lost in its own conceit. This ironic tone is a laugh at mankind for being so selfish. However, in the poem, Oliver speaks in the first person narrative, as if mankind is attached to nature and can comprehend what is happening. This gives the poem a cynical tone, full of anticipated destruction and isolation. Metaphoric language adds to tone immensely. The diction used by the authors is extremely telling in itself as well. However, the accounts in this Scottish Period vary. Furthermore, scholars agree that Macbeth gained the throne by killing King Duncan and lost the throne to his son Malcolm by being killed. Shakespeare heavily searched for these types of histories as well as other sources in the structure of the play. More specifically, he used Raphael Holinshed s Chronicles of England, Scotland, and Ireland published in 1587 but he may have been familiar with George Buchanan s Rerum Scoticarum Historae published a few years back in 1582. Both of these scholars were historians that mainly covered the subject of Macbeth. Moreover, William Shakespeare deviates from these historical sources in his exploration of the main themes of kingship, human nature, and evil. These alterations to the story include portraying the tragic hero as an evil person and portraying Banquo as a sympathetic character. Protest riots destroy individual communities and businesses, jeopardizes the safety of others and taints the protest s cause by resorting to civil disobedience. I see how yes and no questions do not usually cause students to think, since the answer to the question is often in the question. However, from my own experience as a teacher, simply asking an open ended question about a new topic can cause frustration. Even so, I do believe that open ended questions can be very beneficial as an aid to learning if they are asked properly. Research Question How does the use of questioning strategies ... The purpose of the Act is to secure the benefits of assisted reproductive procedures, while also protecting and promoting the health, safety and dignity, particularly of women and children, in the use of these procedures. The Act follows the principlesunder section 4 to protect the health and wellbeing of the children and women involved (s 4(a) and (c)), and to respect Maori and other ethical, spiritual, and cultural perspectives in society (s 4(f) and (g)). There are currently many arguments regarding non medical sex selection and whether or not it should be legal. This paper outlines why legal reform is warranted in NZ. The UK s Human Fertilisation and Embryology Association (HFEA) uses the harm principle in regulating reproductive technologies. John Stuart Mill (1956) stated that, the only purpose for which power can be rightfully exercised over any member of a civilized community, against his will, is to prevent harm from others ; meaning that regulation should only intervene when something is significantly harmful to others. The interpretation of the film, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, which was produced in 1975, opens the curtains to the cross on top of a church after being introduced to the characters by the huge, bright red lips. Promptly after the introduction the camera moves in a sensational gesture towards a just married couple that is walking to the front of the church with their wedding guests, carrying the traditional wedding ceremony of throwing the newly brides bouquet. The visual that is taken in this scene seems to be vital to the aspect behind the film, as it is showing how dull a wedding that carries the same tradition can be, especially since it is being related to the following scene at the castle of Dr. Frank n Furter. With the proximity of the heterosexual traditions and the events at the mansion, it is obvious this film is meant to draw into question the common genderstereotypes along with sexuality. As I understand, salt melts the ice and won t let that water freeze again until the temperatures get even lower that they are at that time. One way to refute this is consider the Koala in Australia. How did this earthly animal travel to Australia once the ark settled? Traveling this distance would be impossible nevertheless because the flood was local Koalas did not need to be on the ark. Furthermore, the author asserts that locating ark remains forces paleontologists to re decipher fossils as an effect of the flood, not of many years buildup. Old earth creationists relates fully with the geological proof of the arks old age existence. There are no findings of the ark, although several informants alleged to have seen it. In reality the ark will never be located, most likely it no longer exists. Noah maybe used the ark wood for rebuilding the society. God declared to Noah never again would He destroy the world with water. Noah was clear he had no use for the ark maybe he dismantled it for constructing material. Moreover, creation theorists Baumgardner, and Barnett claim after the flood the land would have resembled a lifeless wilderness deprived of trees and plants. If the plant and tree seeds floated after the flood it would still take many years ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 43. Similarities Between Barefoot Gen And Animal Farm Barefoot Gen written by Keiji Nakazawa and Animal Farm written by George Orwell are two stories that are relatively different from each other but contain a similar theme of bystanderism. Bystanding is not seen as courageous and shows signs of weakness, especially If someone were to perform terrible acts on a community member, and everyone just stood and watched, or walked by without saying anything. It gives that person complete power over everyone else and things often get worse. If no one ever tells them off, nothing will change. A bystander is defined as a person that is present at the event but doesn t get involved and we can see this is Barefoot Gen from the neighborhood children and parents, the soldiers on the streets, and the kid s classmates. In Animal Farm, bystanders are seen by the surrounding animals, where they see inhumane acts but turn their heads, sometimes pretending they had no idea.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... It tells us a story about the experience of a boy, living in conditions of Japan during the 1940s. His family is labeled as traitors after Gens dad proudly voices his opinion about the war and his kids follow in his footsteps. The neighbors are all aware of how the Nakaokas are being treated. The kids are bullied, abused by other children, the father is beaten by police officers, Eiko, the daughter, was strip searched, and people bad mouth them on the streets, yet they do nothing because they do not want to be seen as traitors too. A specific story is when Hanada (a boy who ran from training) was caught and returned. The squad leader continuously beat him with a bat and called him horrendous words. Koji tried to step in but was also thrown down to the ground. There were people around, but no one did anything, they just stood around and watched it all unfold. Sometimes being a bystander is more damaging than being the perpetrator ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 44. Self-Identity Qualities Identity is defined as the qualities that distinguish one from someone else. Thus, self identity is how one characterizes themselves as an individual. This may at first seem easy to conclude. One might say I am me because I look in the mirror and recognize myself. Or, I am me because I possess a mind and memories unique to me that cannot be replicated by another in the same perspective. However, the body and the mindundergo constant change throughout life, so how can they be attributed to one s sameness ? I have arrived at the problem of self identity, what makes one person the same over time? I assert that in addition to the presence of unique physical and mental substance, in each person is a constant factor that cannot be altered. I shall show that the problem of self identity is solved with both the existence of a soulas well as psychological makeup; X is the same as Y so long as X possesses the same soul, body and consciousnessas Y. Descartes theory of dualism supposes that there are two fundamental substances. The body is an example of a material substance, as it can be defined by its dimension, shape, movement, and other extensions. However, an immaterial substance like the mind cannot be defined by such concepts, nor can it be interpreted from sensory data. Descartes argues that the mind is the soul, as it cannot be altered by physiological means and ascribes its place in the pineal gland. Though I agree with Descartes distinguishing of the mind and body, I do ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 45. Narrative Elements Of Horror Almost every genre of film to date has been designed and developed to make an audience feel satisfied or sexed up and in love or delighted or inspired or rushed with adrenaline. Horror, on the other hand, was the first genre that preyed on the audience s deepest fears and utilized them to provide cinema with nightmare flair. And everybody loved it. The idea of this essay is to address the nightmarish absurdity that horror is so well known for. I will consider the development of the genre, as well as explore the stylistic, thematic and narrative elements of the genre; including discourse on the visuals, the symbolisms and the subject matter in addition to any impact the genre had on the audience, and address what role said impact had in defining ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The term body horror was first coined in 1986 in an issue of the film magazine Screen. The films of this subgenre concentrate on the human body and the horror of estrangement from within. Defined, body horror is: Such destruction or generation of the human body can be as a result of anything from alien life forces to genetic mutations, viruses, diseases etc. Much of this subgenre was to do with society s body anxiety and body consciousness and also explores identity and humanity. (Class notes: Body Horror) Though these films address such valid points, they also strive to create a swelling unease in the viewer and an awkward discomfort the viewer s body. The intent is to provoke sickness, revulsion, and abhorrence in the audience. Eraserhead, without a doubt, succeeds in achieving all of the above. This film is such a significant, sweeping example of the far reaching horror genre. Expressionism s influence on this genre is so captivatingly portrayed in the film, to the extent that many of the shots, throughout the entire film, look just like works of German Expressionist art. ...
