Company established as an individual company under the brand name of Integrated Marketing Solutions, IMS, offering
Marketing Consultancy & Strategic Business planning to the Egyptian Market with a special focus on Business to
Business markets (B2B).
With the Growth of our clientele database, Market Research was formally introduced as a new service.
Market Research was developed as a fully fledged department, offering customized research studies to our clients.
With the experience the company had in the development of multiple client brands, Brand Strategy & Development was
formally Introduced as a separate service to offer to the market.
The influx in the retailing area encouraged us to offer the retailing market a separate service line called “Retailing
support services” including: Mystery shopping services & Remedial action plans based on the insights derived from the
Mystery shopping visits.
Integrated Marketing Solutions, IMC , was launched as a S.A.E offering a wide portfolio of services to Research &
Business Consultancy services to Business to Business (B2B) & Business to Consumer (B2C) clientele.
By 2010, “Retailing Research Unit” was established, as a separate unit, with the services: Price Audits & Field & Tab
Services aside from the Mystery Shopping.

Dr. Ahmed Taher | Chairman
Dr. Taher has taught marketing at The University of Georgia and The American University in Cairo since
1991, and won the excellence in teaching Award from the University of Georgia in 1995, and from the AUC in
2006/2005.
Many undergraduate and postgraduate courses were taught by Dr. Taher including Marketing Research,
Consumer Behavior, Advertising and Promotion Management, International Marketing and Sales
Management. He has also developed and delivered hundreds of marketing training courses of all types and
levels.
Dr. Taher has published several articles in the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Product and Brand
Management, among others. He supervised more than 20 doctoral and master dissertations in the
Netherlands and the UK.
Dr. Taher also serves on the board of successful businesses and charity organizations. He holds a BSc. in
Civil Engineering from Cairo University, an MBA from the Ohio State University, a Diploma in Book and
Magazine Publishing from New York University, and a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Georgia.

Karim is a graduate of the College of Tourism & Hotel Management, Helwan University, and holds an MBA
degree from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology since 2000.

Khaled Adam | Research Consultancy Unit Head
An achievement oriented high caliber with 16 years of diversified experience within multinational, and national
organizations.
Khaled has gained and developed the following knowledge areas:

translated into tactical business actions and recommendations
• Strategy implementation, evaluation, and control
• People and Leadership skills
He holds an MIBA degree from ESLSCA-Paris since 2005, and is also a Course Instructor of Advanced
Research Methods in Mass Communication Faculty in Misr International University (MIU). Khaled has been a
Course Instructor and Module Leader of Strategic Management & Marketing Management in Faculty of
Management Sciences in MSA university 2007-2006.

With hands-on experience in the marketing field, Ismail has worked for several industries, clients &
companies of different nationalities & equities. Through his career life, He held several local & regional roles
in the marketing consultancy & brands/categories management.
With the bigger part of his career spent in consultancy, Ismail has distinguished experience in FMCGs,
durables, chains, paints & real estate industries which enabled him to launch & re-launch several successful
products that are now in the market.
Ismail has had a regional role through categories management in the pharmaceutical industry which allowed
him to be exposed to several countries dynamics, politics, rules & regulations.
Ismail holds a bachelor of Business Administration, from the American University in Cairo, with a
concentration in Marketing since 2004

Rihame Noureldin | Business Development Manager

different sectors, including FMCGs and Education, in Egypt and GCC.

HISTORY INTEGRATED MARKETING SOLUTIONS 1996 2000 2005 2007 2008 2009 2010 2013 Company established as an individual company under the brand name of Integrated Marketing Solutions, IMS, offering Marketing Consultancy & Strategic Business planning to the Egyptian Market with a special focus on Business to Business markets (B2B). With the Growth of our clientele database, Market Research was formally introduced as a new service. Market Research was developed as a fully fledged department, offering customized research studies to our clients. With the experience the company had in the development of multiple client brands, Brand Strategy & Development was formally Introduced as a separate service to offer to the market. The influx in the retailing area encouraged us to offer the retailing market a separate service line called “Retailing support services” including: Mystery shopping services & Remedial action plans based on the insights derived from the Mystery shopping visits. Integrated Marketing Solutions, IMC , was launched as a S.A.E offering a wide portfolio of services to Research & Business Consultancy services to Business to Business (B2B) & Business to Consumer (B2C) clientele. By 2010, “Retailing Research Unit” was established, as a separate unit, with the services: Price Audits & Field & Tab Services aside from the Mystery Shopping. 2013 till now, IMS became one of the most favored consultancy firms catering for the B2B & High Ticket B2C markets.

Dr. Ahmed Taher | Chairman Dr. Taher has taught marketing at The University of Georgia and The American University in Cairo since 1991, and won the excellence in teaching Award from the University of Georgia in 1995, and from the AUC in 2006/2005. Many undergraduate and postgraduate courses were taught by Dr. Taher including Marketing Research, Consumer Behavior, Advertising and Promotion Management, International Marketing and Sales Management. He has also developed and delivered hundreds of marketing training courses of all types and levels. Dr. Taher has published several articles in the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Product and Brand Management, among others. He supervised more than 20 doctoral and master dissertations in the Netherlands and the UK. Dr. Taher also serves on the board of successful businesses and charity organizations. He holds a BSc. in Civil Engineering from Cairo University, an MBA from the Ohio State University, a Diploma in Book and Magazine Publishing from New York University, and a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Georgia.
