This workshop will focus on developing design principles to guide the company. Design principles can help ensure consistency across products and customer touchpoints by describing what the company aspires to be and how it wants customers to perceive it. While one person could dictate principles, they are more meaningful if created collaboratively so the entire company believes in and lives them. The goal is to agree on a prioritized shortlist of principles that can then be fleshed out, published, and used to guide decision-making and customer interactions.
