This document provides an agenda and information for a two-day business workshop. Day 1 will include introductions, a business game, an introduction to business models, and assigning homework. Participants will present their business model canvases (BMCs) on Day 2 and receive an introduction to pitching before the workshop concludes. Niek Huizenga will facilitate the workshop and encourage participants to focus on defining problems, customers, and business models before considering plans or feasibility. The goal is to help transform ideas into money-generating business concepts using the Business Model Canvas as a framework.
