• Opening slides must be very positive and catchy title
• 2nd slide can be acknowledgements
• Body slides on progress - targets vs. achievements
• Key challenges in terms of programmatic response and critical
enablers – one slide is enough
• ≤ 3 conclusions in one slide
• Final slide must be of highly pressing message
– Such as “We Can End AIDS by Testing and Treating All”

– Explore different options of graphs and figures following the
nature of the data
