 Why Slow progress?
• Lack of planning & close team coordination.
• Dependence of activities resulted the slow work progress. e.g. we cannot initiate distribution
unless max identification of beneficiaries.
• Initiation of Shelter construction delayed due to pending activities. e.g., identification,
distribution, training etc.
• During identification, following of tentative list resulted in identifying & considering genuine
cases only.
• Intervention of OFDA 1 pending activities.
• As per the selection criteria achievement of target in case of T- Shelter was not possible
considering the ground realities for selected target villages which resulted low achievement.
• Cannot stick to & follow DIP due to pending activities.
• Frequent changes in areas by authorities made the team confused to focus on target goals.
