► Water checker
► The first VPC that I choose for this issue the Clean Water and Sanitation
issue. Water issues like water shortage, flood and any types of water that
are issued in our daily life are making our people or our government hard
times. Also many of us especially me that don’t know what or how the
water is safe. So I create this app to check and verify how the water is safe
for us and how do we save water? In this app, the user will also notify if
there is a water shortage announcement to be aware of and save water
before the brownout will come.

► “Modeling of water quality, quantity, and sustainability”
► The paper "River flow estimation from upstream flow records using support vector
machines" by H. Karahan et al. proposed a novel architecture for flood routing model
and validated the model efficiency on several problems by employing support vector
machines. The results showed that the proposed architecture advances the model
performance under noisy and missing data conditions and the support vector machines
can be powerful alternatives in modeling flood routing.
