2. 2. How can you turn your weaknesses into strengths?
There should be proper planning to address the problems encountered in our school. The leader
should cater to all the suggestions and recommendations of his staff so that he will have possible solutions to
the problems we are encountering. And we should always connect and communicate with stakeholders and
follow the protocol in solving the problems.
3. Do you think your organization can do something to address the threats? How?
We all have the ability to do everything in our power for both our students and the school. Action
research can be used to address the threat to the quality of rainwater as a substitute water source. We can
research strategies to raise its quality and develop new techniques to guarantee it. In order to reduce their
transportation costs due to unchecked population development, students are recommended to localize
themselves by enrolling in the school that is closest to where they live. In order to meet the changing needs
of the students, we must always be willing to learn something new and keep our professional skills up to
date by participating in seminars and training.
