Mahesh Dhandhala is an experienced physics teacher who has authored government exam books. He sees internal satisfaction rather than rewards as job satisfaction. While he gives junior teachers chances to implement new ideas and provides positive motivation, he believes quality work is needed to convince seniors. His vision is to provide quality, practical education to help students succeed and contribute to society. He overcame fears of failure by implementing practical books that were later adopted statewide. Many former students who now have successful careers credit their success to Mahesh.

4. Sir’s view on his juniors :
 According to Mahesh sir,
 If he is facing a junior who is not co-operating with
him, there is nothing to worry.
 Because juniors are coming with new ideas, so we
should give them chance.
 If the juniors are not successful in their ideas we
should motivate him in positive way.

5. Opinion about good employ
 To become a good quality teacher it is necessary to
keep updating with time and to learn new things.

6. Opinion about seniors
 To convince our seniors it can be done by our
QUALITY work. If we are doing our best and genuine
work , we can convince them.

7. Role to society:
 to teach students only theory is not a complete work
done. But teach them practical knowledge is also
important. If I am teaching something to student and
he can apply it in the real life is the most important. In
directly that kind of practical knowledge helps the
country . so at last the country will grow . and it helps
the society too,

8. Over come fear of failure
 In 2000-01 Mahesh sir has requested to Gujarat
education board to replace gernal by “ practical book “
. in starting GOV. denied. In 2000-01 all the students
of B.M. COMMERCE HIGH SCHOOL has made
“practical book” . and this whole work done under
Mahesh sir. In year 2003-04 a great decision taken by
GUJRAT EDUCATIONAL BOARD to invent “practical
BOOK” in place of gernal. Even today “ PRACTICAL
BOOK” is used across Gujrat.

9. Vision
 In opinion of Mahesh sir there is a goal not a short
term vision.
sir’s long term vision is to give QUALITY education to
the students and make them able to face any problem
with practical knowledge

10. Personal experience as a successful
person
 Many students who were students of Mahesh sir are
now engineers or doctors , like SUPER SPECIALIST
DR. KEYUR PARMAR ( HE IS NOW WORKING IN
STERLING ,BHAVNAGAR) if these students are not
will to take their consulting fee from the people who
are financially not able to pay at that time these guys
give credit to Mahesh sir , this makes him proud
toward as successful person.

11. Personal opinion
 Mahesh sir is a person who is trusted and
approachable. If you have any problem in your life his
doors are always open for you.
