Manhar bhai Rathod is the Managing Director of Shree Gyan guru Vidhya pith School in Bhavnagar with 17 years of experience. He started his career as a teacher and became the managing director of two schools after gaining experience as a teacher and at a tuition center. He believes internal satisfaction is more important than monetary rewards and wants his team members to provide their opinions while the final decision is his. He motivates students to be useful to society rather than just focusing on exams and believes good teacher-student relationships create a healthy learning environment.

at this post ???
He started his career as ordinary teacher in
Bhavnagar.
He became teacher in Manahar Group tution
in 1995 and then became M.D of his school
gyan guru vidhyapith in 2009 & second started
school shree gyan guru vidhyapith in 2012.
4. Q .. How to do job satisfaction ???
He always decided to be the manage and
wanted to do better for future students, so he
rejected the job offer from industrial job,
where he could get promotions.
So for him internal satisfaction is more
important than only getting rewards(money).
5. Q .. How do you take your work ???
In team work, though his decision is final,
but he want his team members to give their
decisions, because he think whatever is he is
because of them.
Whatever you do, give your 100% in that
particular work, so that you will get success.
Not worry about your boss and others.

students ???
Students should be motivated in such a
way that they are not exam conscious, but
useful to the society, become sensitive for
their work and bring out their skills.
Good teacher-student relationship can
create a healthy environment.

expectation ???
He is respected among his subordinates and
juniors. Juniors should feel free to bring out
their potentials and qualities.
He always ready to do better for students and
teachers.
He has personal relations with his teachers.
