• Applications: Decrease from 17,160 in September to 15,468 in October. October year-over-year decrease 52.4%


• Provincial Nominee Program: Decrease from 4,000 in September to 2,920 in October. October year-over-year decrease: 55.7%


• TR to PRs transition (i.e., those already in Canada): Small increase from 5,370 in September to 6,395 in October (some double counting). October Year-over-year decrease of 30.1% (less than September)


• Temporary Residents:
