I worked at Wal-Mart from 2002-2012. I started as a cashier and worked my way up to a
Customer Service Manager, tried to advance in the company, but was told I needed more
floor experience. At that time, I moved to the Wal-Mart Distribution Center. After a year
there I moved back to store level as receiving. From there I waited until a position came
open on the floor and finally got into an Automotive Department Manager, where I
stayed until I moved to Edmond in January 2013. After moving to Edmond, I began
working at Westlake Ace as a cashier/floor associate. In May 2013 I was promoted to the
Customer Service Specialist position, the position that I hold currently.
