- 3. Copyrights and creative commons Creative Commons is actually a license that is applied to a work that is protected by copyright. It's not separate from copyright, but instead is a way of easily sharing copyrighted work. Copyright confers some pretty heavy duty protections so that others don't use your work without your permission.
- 4. What is copyrights ? Copyrights refers to the legal right of the owner of intellectual property .it simply means the right to copy . This means that the original creators of the products and anyone they give authorization to are the only ones with the exclusive right to produce the work.
- 5. Rules of copyrights The copy right act prevents the unauthorized copying of a work of authorship. Copy right is the law that gives the owner of the work (for a example, a books ,picture ,song ,website) the right to say how other people can use it . It makes easier for the author to makes money for there work and also it help the author to protect authors from copying other people copying their work without permission from the author .

Example of copyrights COPY RIGTHS IS A LEGAL MEANS OF PROTECTING AUTHORS WORK.IT IS THE ACADEMIC STUFF THAT PROVIDES EXCLUSSIVES PUBLICATION ,DISTRIBUTION ,AND USAGE RIGTHS FROM THE AUTHER .MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF CONTENT CAN BE PROTECTED FROM BY THE COPYRIGTHS .EXAMPLES INCLUDES BOOKS ,POEMS SONGS ,FILMS ,AND ARTWORK .

- 10. My reflection about creative commons and copyrights Creative Commons is actually a license that is applied to a work that is protected by copyright. It's not separates from copyright, but instead is a way of easily sharing copyrighted work. Creative Commons licenses do not replace copyright registration—they apply in addition to copyright. Even if you're using a Creative Commons license, it is advisable to register your copyright so you can protect your work from unauthorized uses through the courts. Using Creative Commons licences, rather than writing your own site- specific licence, ensures compatibility of downstream works; content on your site can be remixed with content worldwide that is also using CC. It also saves you the time and expense of generating your own specific set of licences.
