This document describes a collaborative project between two universities, Loughborough University and the University of Nottingham, to develop a peer-to-peer student ambassador program to encourage STEM students to use the library more. Librarians, academics, a research assistant, and Jaguar Land Rover sponsored the program. In year one, they conducted a literature review, focus groups, recruitment, and surveys. In year two, each university ran their own program that provided an incentive award for four student ambassadors who focused on different areas like marketing and leadership. The collaboration benefited students through skills development, librarians through understanding student needs, and academics by engaging their departments with the library.
