@dunnesiobhan Having worked in academic, corporate and government libraries for fifteen years, I am passionate about capturing the user voice and harnessing it to improve how libraries 'do business'. Recently, I was awarded the Dublin City University President’s Award for Innovation for using augmented reality to improve the student learning experience. I am Co Convenor of the 'Digital Research in the Humanities and Arts' 2015 conference and I chair the CONUL Teaching and Learning Committee and the LIR HEAnet User Group for Libraries.I am currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Education and Training Leadership.
