To begin with, since I came to Saint Leo University I have been skipping meals on a daily basis.
It s not because I want to but it s because my schedule is busy on a daily basis. However, when I
do get the chance to eat lunch I take advantage of it. Then when I m really busy I usually grab a
yogurt to eat on the go or even a sandwich I can snack on. But, with me skipping meals on a daily
