Continuous systems like beams and cables have mass and elasticity distributed throughout their length, giving them an infinite number of degrees of freedom and natural frequencies described by partial differential equations. The values of unknown constants in these equations can be determined by applying boundary conditions, including geometric conditions due to compatibility and natural conditions due to forces and moments, as well as initial conditions related to time. As an example, a vibrating string under tension will have its partial differential equation constants defined by its initial transverse vibrations and the constant tension force.

In this study Dynamic property of a structural element which is frequency, damping and mode shapes are described by a process called modal analysis. Structural condition can be monitored by analyzing the changes in frequencies and mode shapes. All materials posses certain amount of internal damping. Similarly steel fibers also produce some internal damping. A system is a combination of elements, for example a structure is a system whose elements are beams, columns, slabs, footings .etc. In all those elements I have selected beam elements. Many research works are conducted on different type of materials under dynamic loading.
“Theory of Time” is a research and analysis report on integrated transformation system to find out reason for changes. I had found some systematic relational imbalance among the principles of AC Transformer, Ohm’s law, series parallel circuits and law of conservation of energy. I did systematic analysis and research on above said combination principles and System’s Relative components are determined and organized systematically for better understanding and reformed results are meeting with the natural principles of system.
I did systematic analysis on electro-magnetic circuits to understand the structure of the transformation system. Law of conservation of energy, Transformer’s principles, Newton’s laws and Ohm’s law are base for this theory. By doing relational analysis I could derive Equivalent mechanical transformation principles from Electricity Transformation principles and mechanical resistance to transformation equation has been successfully formulated. Finally Obtained / reformed results are compared with our practical science and found that the derived principles are meeting with the natural principles of system and its transformation process. Further, explaining about “how the time is running?”; “what are all the relative components of the time?”; Whether is it possible to stop the time running process?

Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.

Water scarcity is the lack of fresh water resources to meet the standard water demand. There are two type of water scarcity. One is physical. The other is economic water scarcity.
1. INTRODUCTION:-
There are systems such as beams, cables, rods etc,
which have their mass and elasticity distributed
continuously throughout the length. Such systems are
known as continuous systems. Since such systems
are supposed to be made of infinite numbers of
particles, so they have infinite number of degrees of
freedom and hence infinite natural frequencies of the
systems. The vibratory motions of such systems are
described by space and time and partial differential
equations are formulated for analysis of the systems.
Partial differential equations consist of many
constants which can be determined from boundary
conditions and initial conditions as well.
2. The value of unknown constants in the partial
differential equations can be determined by
applying either geometric or natural or both
boundary conditions.
Geometric boundary conditions are caused
because of geometric compatibility. For example,
if the bar is fixed at both ends, the displacement
and slope will be zero.
Natural boundary conditions are caused due to
force and moments. For example, if the bar is
hinged at one end, the bending moment at the
hinged end will be zero and so on so forth. Initial
conditions are related to time.
3. Consider a vibrating string of mass ρ per unit
length having transverse vibrations under
tension T as shown.
It is assumed that for a very small amplitude
of string vibration the tension T remains
constant.
