processes of buyers, both individually and in groups.

Consumer Behavior studies characteristics of individual consumers such as
demographics, psychographics, and behavioral variables. It also assesses
influences on the consumer from groups such as family, friends, sports and
reference groups.
How does understanding Consumer Behavior benefit companies?
Consumer behavior allows companies to analyze buying habits and purchasing
decisions. Consumer research helps firms and organizations determine how
consumers think, feel and select between different alternatives like brands and
products.
Marketing Strategies
