(GRIP) is a part-time online internship program
that lasts for one month.
• The internship offers different domains such as
technology, marketing, and human resources.
• The program involves individual tasks and group
work.
• Interns are assigned tasks based on their choice
of domain.
• The program's success has motivated The
Sparks Foundation to expand the program to
reach more students from diverse backgrounds,
providing them with more opportunities to gain
experience and prepare for their future careers.
