bring parity in education, making sure children have an equal opportunity at
success, irrespective of their financial background.
THE SPARKS FOUNDATION offers various internship roles under GRIP
( Graduate Rotational Internship Program )
What is GRIP ?
A flagship program of THE SPARKS FOUNDATION (TSF) in
which students, recent graduates, professionals focus on technical
and non-technical skills.
 Some of the programs offered by TSF are as follows –

• Student Mentorship Programs
• Student SOS programs
• Workshops
• Corporate Programs

Measuring metrics based on what our followers
want is very much necessary for the brand. To
engage in such metrics, the brand needs to look
after things like engagement, click-through, and
conversion rates.
Create audience personas
Knowing who your audience is and
what they want to see on social
media is key. That way you can
create content that they will like,
comment on, and share. It’s also
critical if you want to turn social
media followers into customers for
your business.
