Role Objective: Entering client details using systems to update and maintain client
records, Customer Service via email and telephone, data entry using MYOB calculation of
tax refunds. Print and collating of various information for business files.

Customer Service Rep/Visitor Host Botanic Gardens
Role Objective: To support the administrative operations of the Visitor Centre information
service, retail and function area ensuring visitors are provided with quality information and
assistance. Sales and stock control/ordering.
Key Responsibilities
 Monitor stock levels and re-order for retail shop.
 Provide visitors with a wide range of information and assistance by giving up to date
information on botanical queries, directions and events occurring in the Botanic
Gardens and the wider city environs.
 Process across the counter sales and reconcile daily banking.
 Co-ordinate various bookings for visitors to the Botanic Gardens.
 Maintain statistics for activity events hosted by the Botanic Gardens via data bases.
 Keep up to date with changing information including maps.
 Assist in a multitude of annual events.
 Work on developing design projects through to completion.

 Co-ordinated an outdoor play, including compilation and maintenance of the hazard
register.

 Creation of various design briefs liaising with offsite designers for the development of
resources and advertisements for the Botanic Gardens.
