5. AD ANALYSIS- JOCKEY
PROS :
• The background score is playful and
makes you wonder what exactly the ad is
about adding on to a great suspense.
• Also, once you know what the ad is about,
it describes painful situations that will
touch a chord with men thinking about
their testicles.
• The ad does not cause the usual discomfort
associated with undergarment ads.
CONS :
• The popping or going missing of one of
the pair of the balls has euphemism at its
best but again is only for those having an
understanding of it. Not many will
understand the ad , the first time of
seeing it.
• The Ad leaves it all to the imagination of
the customers which can work in a
positive or negative way.

PROS:
• The Ad is very funny and over the top.
• Will force you to take notice.
• Has an irritatingly catchy background
score which is difficult to get out of your
mind.
CONS:
• Is a bit uncomfortable to see with your
family.
• The ad is very bold with respect to
expressions and sounds that may be
embarrassing for many.
• Some people may even find it illogical to
associate fantasies with washing an
underwear and not relate to it at all.
9. CONCLUSION
• From the analysis of the pros and cons our team has liked the jockey
ad since it touches the sensitive issue of health in a subtle manner
and broaches the topic very smartly through representational props.
• The Amul Macho ad is creative but doesn’t strike a logical chord with
the consumers which is why we didn’t like it much.
10. NEW AD STORYBOARD FOR AMUL MACHO
• Foreign location. Laundromat. Many hot
looking girls washing their inners. Door
opens. Wind flows in.
• One girl’s panty blows out, followed
slowly by more panties from her basket.
Now from other girl’s baskets as well.
• Shot of more Laundromats with panties
blowing out. Long shot of the city, panties
blowing from all directions towards the
forest, across the rivers.
11. NEW AD STORYBOARD FOR AMUL MACHO
• All panties blow towards a wooden cabin.
• Shot of a burning cigar, scotch on a table,
gun by the fireplace. Shot of rope out on the
porch.
• The panties come settle all around this rope,
on the ground, trees in the proximity. On the
rope is drying an Amul Macho Underpants.
