Pierre Richter who is the Managing Director of the company has 25 years of experience in the mining
industry and training environment. Started as a Diesel Mechanic apprentice in the mine industry and
later qualified. He has vast experience in opencast mining and also hard rock underground mining.
After a few years he moved over to the training department and worked his way up to Training
Superintendent. Managing the entire mine’s training.
He also has a lot of experience in systems and system implementation where under systems as SACO,
JDE, ORACLE and SAFLEC can be mentioned. He was part of a team who have designed and developed a
Learning Management System (LMS) for the South African Mining Industry. A system so flexible it can
suit any client’s requirements. The system was tested and trusted for over 10 years and is now available
to his clients to reap the benefits from such a system.
He now brings the 25 years of experience to his clients to assist in achieving only the best.
