Who are we?
PAR Enterprises is a Training Managing company who focus on the total training delivery system of
companies.
Pierre Richter who is the Managing Director of the company has 25 years of experience in the mining
industry and training environment. Started as a Diesel Mechanic apprentice in the mine industry and
later qualified. He has vast experience in opencast mining and also hard rock underground mining.
After a few years he moved over to the training department and worked his way up to Training
Superintendent. Managing the entire mine’s training.
He also has a lot of experience in systems and system implementation where under systems as SACO,
JDE, ORACLE and SAFLEC can be mentioned. He was part of a team who have designed and developed a
Learning Management System (LMS) for the South African Mining Industry. A system so flexible it can
suit any client’s requirements. The system was tested and trusted for over 10 years and is now available
to his clients to reap the benefits from such a system.
He now brings the 25 years of experience to his clients to assist in achieving only the best.
We specialise in consulting for the mining industry. We strive to make business sense of compliance. Our
comprehensive solutions focus sharply on reducing ownership, training and other costs. We know what
the mines require and we have more than a decade of collective experience in Vendor Profiling, Vendor

Pierre Richter who is the Managing Director of the company has 25 years of experience in the mining industry and training environment. Started as a Diesel Mechanic apprentice in the mine industry and later qualified. He has vast experience in opencast mining and also hard rock underground mining. After a few years he moved over to the training department and worked his way up to Training Superintendent. Managing the entire mine’s training. He also has a lot of experience in systems and system implementation where under systems as SACO, JDE, ORACLE and SAFLEC can be mentioned. He was part of a team who have designed and developed a Learning Management System (LMS) for the South African Mining Industry. A system so flexible it can suit any client’s requirements. The system was tested and trusted for over 10 years and is now available to his clients to reap the benefits from such a system. He now brings the 25 years of experience to his clients to assist in achieving only the best. We specialise in consulting for the mining industry. We strive to make business sense of compliance. Our comprehensive solutions focus sharply on reducing ownership, training and other costs. We know what the mines require and we have more than a decade of collective experience in Vendor Profiling, Vendor Management and Verification Services. Let us find the partners and vendors you need. We are seen as temporary and you do not have to pay benefits eligible towards permanent employees. • Section 54/55 resolutions • Assist with Section 54/55 resolutions. • Update procedures and/or implementation of new procedures. • Mass training sessions. • Compliance Audits • Field audits to ensure compliance of procedures and determine shortfalls. • Code of Practice (COP) audits. • Greenfield Projects • Assisting in the obtaining of the necessary licenses and permits. • Expert mining advisor available. • Environmental / Hygiene service Health and Hygiene: • Risk assessments (Baseline and Issue base) on health and hygiene. • Drawing up of mandatory COP’s (Thermal Stress, Airborne Pollutants, Noise, Emergency Preparedness and Response, PPE for Women in Mining) • Hygiene monitoring programme. • Measuring of the following health stressors: Noise, Dust, Tempstress. • Section 11.5 Investigations in respect of Hygiene related illnesses. • Quarterly/Annual hygiene reporting to the DMR. • Present hygiene results to 3.1 A manager monthly. This is compulsory for mines. • Ergonomic assessments. • Workplace inspections on hygiene. • Workplace illumination surveys.
