Advanced Career Indonesia is a leading provider of human resource capital, servicing clients' needs by
providing them with temporary, contracting and permanent resources.




Empresaria Group PLC is the majority shareholder in Advanced Career Indonesia and has a turnover of over
$180 million USD and has over 50 offices covering the UK, Europe, America and Asia.
The group commenced trading in 1988 and has developed since then, opening offices in Australia, Thailand,
Japan and Indonesia. The group now employs over 200 consultants, all specialists in their field, working on
client projects.

ADVANCED CAREER TEAM

UK Office team
Tony Martin – Chairman. Tony served as Chairman and CEO of Select Appointments (Holdings) Limited from
1992 to 1999 when he became Vice Chairman and member of the Board of Management of Vedior NV, the
world’s third largest staffing services group. In August 2000 he assumed the role of Chairman and CEO, which he
served until his retirement in February 2004. Tony is currently the Chairperson of the Corporate Services Group
as well as Empresaria’s Audit committee.
Miles Hunt - Chief Executive. Miles has a legal background, qualifying as a solicitor in 1990. He completed an
MBA at Warwick before establishing ProSource Limited, a procurement outsourcing company, in 1995. He set
up Empresaria in 1996 and has been Chief Executive since then. From 2000 to 2004 Miles was a non-executive
director of Tribal Group plc.

Indonesia Office team
Farid Aidid – President Director/ Senior Partner PT Advanced Career Indonesia. Graduated in 1976 (The
Netherlands), as computer engineer. He has over 24 years experience, in both, managing the business as a
professional and recruitment experience covering both Executive Search and Outsourced staffing projects. His
solid experienced overseas (Europe) and in Indonesia where he has been working for more than 10 years for
CITIBANK N.A in both Corporate and Consumer Banking as VP/ Sales Director. From a management point of
view, his management experience in running businesses for Multinational Companies, give him a clear indication
of what is expected by our clients. Was part in the development of an outsourcing company in Indonesia that
managed over 3000 outsourcing staffs.
Malla Latif – Director/ Partner. Graduated from Padjajaran University, majoring in Clinical Psychology. She
started her career in banking industry as a Recruitment Specialist and her last position was Human Resources
Relation Manager. Considering her over 9 years experiences in recruitment and selection, Malla became a team
member and contribute in the development of an outsourcing company with over 3000 outsourcing staff.
Understand clearly, how important is the total process of selection and recruitment/ profiling to fulfill the
customer needs.
Oki M Iqbal – Commissioner/ Partner. Oki is graduated from Parahyangan University. His working experience
started as Consultant of Teller and Service at Achieve Global for several years. During his tenure at Achieve
Global he became consultant to some call centre such as DHL, Maersk Line etc. After working for Achieve Global,
he joined AIG Life as Regional Teller Manager prior working to Standard Chartered Bank. In Standard Chartered
Bank, he was appointed once as Head of Teller, Head of Service Delivery, Head of Call Centre and Head of People
& Process Quality.
For legal matters, Advanced Career Indonesia has appointed DR Reza Edwiyanto to represent the company for
legal issues and claims.

Advanced Career Team had successfully completed multiple outsourced projects especially in Contact Centre for
companies in the Financial & Telecommunications sectors. Such as:
Setting up and managing some contact centre in Indonesia (multi industry), ex. more than 1.000 call centre
agents (inbound call) for Telkomsel/ Caroline National (Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya and Medan) included Halo,
simpati & As. During the partnership Telkomsel were rewarded as The Best Call Centre Management of the
year.

1. Advanced Career Services – Recruitment & Selection

Recruitment process plays an important role in service level performance management as the personalities and
role job fit will determine the success of certain position. Every candidate will be assessed in several main
constructs.
All candidates will then be interviewed with behavioral interviewed system based on the validation done in
Client. The validation will measure the characteristic behavior shown from the best performer. Using this
standard, Advanced Career will use the validation result to select and promote staff.
Requests for candidates will go directly to Advanced Career resource center. The resources come from database,
newspaper, university, Internet, walk in interview, etc.
Further process will follow Advanced Career Standard Operating Procedure:

SOP for new manpower supply




Time frame to supply new candidates
Advanced Career expectation to have the candidate delivery and ready to work for Client is depend on volume,
position, level and location.
Number of candidates will be given to Client as much as twice from the Client’s request. This is to anticipate the
Fail candidates on selection tests.

2. Advanced Career Services – Training Program

Advanced Career will provide certification program that consist of basic training and electives as well.
•   Basic training program consist of Induction program & Basic Service Skills will be provided by Advanced
    Career Training Team.
•   Electives program includes personal effectiveness program, time management, Leadership skill,
    communication skill, etc
•   Product & Technical Skills and System & Procedure will be provided by Client’s training team.




3. Advanced Career Services – Motivational Program

Motivational program is Advanced Career initiatives to boost employee moral so they will reach their
performance beyond their conscious capability. The motivational programs are:
Service Award from Advanced Career Consulting Group with prizes
For employee who achieved outstanding performance, Advanced Career will provide “Annual Service Awards”.
The prizes can be varying depend on the number of employee measured. The more employee outsourced to
Advanced Career will allow Advanced Career to provide more exciting prizes.


4. Advanced Career Services – Account Management

Every Advanced Career project has a dedicated Single Point of Contact. This person will be responsible for
dealing with all requests from both the Client and also employees assigned to the site. This way, we can ensure
that all requests are dealt with quickly an efficiently with minimum impact on our Client’s time.




By looking at the chart above, Advanced Career not only care for the relationship between Advanced Career and
Client but also direct communication to employees. Our basic principal is to make Employees and Client working
as a team.

5. Advanced Career Services – Payroll Management

Advanced Career will finance the payroll of the employees. Because of the financial security of the group
Advanced Career can provide peace of mind the employees will be paid on time without fail. You will find our
standard payroll process outlined on the next page.

Tony served as Chairman and CEO of Select Appointments (Holdings) Limited from 1992 to 1999 when he became Vice Chairman and member of the Board of Management of Vedior NV, the world’s third largest staffing services group. In August 2000 he assumed the role of Chairman and CEO, which he served until his retirement in February 2004. Tony is currently the Chairperson of the Corporate Services Group as well as Empresaria’s Audit committee. Miles Hunt - Chief Executive. Miles has a legal background, qualifying as a solicitor in 1990. He completed an MBA at Warwick before establishing ProSource Limited, a procurement outsourcing company, in 1995. He set up Empresaria in 1996 and has been Chief Executive since then. From 2000 to 2004 Miles was a non-executive director of Tribal Group plc. Indonesia Office team Farid Aidid – President Director/ Senior Partner PT Advanced Career Indonesia. Graduated in 1976 (The Netherlands), as computer engineer. He has over 24 years experience, in both, managing the business as a professional and recruitment experience covering both Executive Search and Outsourced staffing projects. His solid experienced overseas (Europe) and in Indonesia where he has been working for more than 10 years for CITIBANK N.A in both Corporate and Consumer Banking as VP/ Sales Director. From a management point of view, his management experience in running businesses for Multinational Companies, give him a clear indication of what is expected by our clients. Was part in the development of an outsourcing company in Indonesia that managed over 3000 outsourcing staffs. Malla Latif – Director/ Partner. Graduated from Padjajaran University, majoring in Clinical Psychology. She started her career in banking industry as a Recruitment Specialist and her last position was Human Resources Relation Manager. Considering her over 9 years experiences in recruitment and selection, Malla became a team member and contribute in the development of an outsourcing company with over 3000 outsourcing staff. Oki is graduated from Parahyangan University. His working experience started as Consultant of Teller and Service at Achieve Global for several years. During his tenure at Achieve Global he became consultant to some call centre such as DHL, Maersk Line etc. After working for Achieve Global, he joined AIG Life as Regional Teller Manager prior working to Standard Chartered Bank. Advanced Career Services – Recruitment & Selection Recruitment process plays an important role in service level performance management as the personalities and role job fit will determine the success of certain position. Every candidate will be assessed in several main constructs. All candidates will then be interviewed with behavioral interviewed system based on the validation done in Client. The validation will measure the characteristic behavior shown from the best performer. Using this standard, Advanced Career will use the validation result to select and promote staff. Requests for candidates will go directly to Advanced Career resource center. The resources come from database, newspaper, university, Internet, walk in interview, etc. Further process will follow Advanced Career Standard Operating Procedure: SOP for new manpower supply Time frame to supply new candidates Advanced Career expectation to have the candidate delivery and ready to work for Client is depend on volume, position, level and location. Advanced Career Services – Training Program Advanced Career will provide certification program that consist of basic training and electives as well. • Basic training program consist of Induction program & Basic Service Skills will be provided by Advanced Career Training Team. • Electives program includes personal effectiveness program, time management, Leadership skill, communication skill, etc • Product & Technical Skills and System & Procedure will be provided by Client’s training team. 3. Advanced Career Services – Motivational Program Motivational program is Advanced Career initiatives to boost employee moral so they will reach their performance beyond their conscious capability. The motivational programs are: Service Award from Advanced Career Consulting Group with prizes For employee who achieved outstanding performance, Advanced Career will provide “Annual Service Awards”. The prizes can be varying depend on the number of employee measured. The more employee outsourced to Advanced Career will allow Advanced Career to provide more exciting prizes. 4. Advanced Career Services – Account Management Every Advanced Career project has a dedicated Single Point of Contact. This person will be responsible for dealing with all requests from both the Client and also employees assigned to the site.
