Promoters
            Rajiv Padmanabhan: MBA alumni of Pune University with specialisation in HR. He is having 12
            years of illustrious HR career with specialisation in recruitment function while working with world’s
            best IT companies like Wipro Technologies Ltd. and ZenSar Technologies Ltd. His last
            assignment was with Wipro Technologies as a „Recruitment Manager‟, Pune Centre where he
            was engaged in talent acquisition for the Fortune global 100 clients of Wipro.

            Rajiv has passion for developing the potential of an individual. He is a director of ‘Talent Bricks’
            and offers his corporate expertise and experience in providing quality recruitment services to
            clients of ‘Talent Bricks’. His expertise is setting up the recruitment departments, innovative and
            cost effective recruitment sourcing processes. He had delivered results for volume hiring of skilled
            IT professionals and sourcing niche skills with focus for all levels.

            Rakesh Ghumatkar: A Master degree in Humanities (Sociology) holder from Pune University with
            Top Rank and Diploma in Management. He had worked for first four years of his career in
            development sector providing HR training for capacity building of NGO personnel. He had got an
            opportunity to work with India's top-most policy makers and grass root level activist.

            He had established in the year 2000, his first venture-‘Terra Firma‟ which has grown successfully
