• The profile like Head of Department , Plant Head ,Head HR , Head

level it is 15 % of annual Salary.
• Service Tax extra as per Indian Govt Rule.
• Payment to be maid within 15 days of candidate join.
• Advertisement in local news paper it will cost extra and the client has to
pay as advance
• VISA Processing and Ticket cost of the candidate will be paid by
Employer in advance.
• Expenses during interview period i,e the traveling cost (Air fare / Train
etc..) of the candidates and accommodation of the Employer in hotel to
be borne by the employer.
