ABOUT BUMINUR
INTRODUCTION
Buminur (M) Sdn Bhd (Hereafter referred to as Buminur) is a wholly owned Bumiputera Manpower Supply
Company which was incorporated on 14th May 1998. Buminur is fully managed by Malaysian partners/
personnel with vast experience in the field and established networking with various related agencies
such as the Malaysian Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysian Labour
Department, Malaysian Immigrations Department and Various Embassies.
Our aim is to provide complete recruitment solutions, sourcing and supplying of quality staff to all fields
of expertise and industries throughout the country. This is to keep in line with our mission to be a Premier
One-Stop Manpower Solutions Company.
Buminur is registered and certified with the MOHA license for Manpower Outsourcing (KHEDN:
100/637/1-4 [527]) and the Malaysian Labour Department with license for Private Employment
Agencies (No. 005538 JTK 1904).
Supply of manpower is segregated into two categories i.e. Direct-Hired and Outsourcing. We provide
our clients with an overall service that includes the application process, sourcing, recruitment and
management of manpower from source countries to cater to the five major industries i.e. Construction,
Manufacturing, Services, Plantation and Agriculture. Our recruitment service specializes in the selection
of quality Professional, Skilled, Semi-Skilled and General Workers. The selection process involves our
established networking with our partner agencies and training centres in source countries to ensure
recruitment of industrial trained, well equipped, and duly certified personnel.
Apart from the 5 major industries mentioned above, we also provide recruitment of highly qualified
professionals and skilled labor for more specific and technical sectors to support with the best top,
middle and lower level workforce for short, medium and long term basis. Our exclusive and qualified
workforce are for specified sectors including Oil and Gas, Mechanical Construction, Civil Construction,
Electrical, Marine & Ship, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Power and Desalination plant, Information
Technology and Logistics.
All hired employees are covered with the Malaysian government procedural requirement and employment
acts including DP-10 (professional work permit) so there will be no concerns on legal and moral issues of
employing them.
We leverage on our strengths, networking and vast experience to ensure overall quality service to our
clients to cater to the ever growing demand of the industries.

Orion ESM Sdn Bhd is a part of the Orion Group (“Orion”) was established in the UK in 1987 to supply
engineering personnel to the mining, construction, oil and gas industry. Since then the Group has grown
significantly and presently has in excess of 4,500 personnel per week on secondment worldwide, with
individual placements in excess of 20,000 per year. Orion Group’s turnover in 2014 was GBP 399,000,000
(MYR 2,305,108,000) providing a strong financial platform to support all projects completed within the

  • 9. ABOUT BUMINUR INTRODUCTION Buminur (M) Sdn Bhd (Hereafter referred to as Buminur) is a wholly owned Bumiputera Manpower Supply Company which was incorporated on 14th May 1998. Buminur is fully managed by Malaysian partners/ personnel with vast experience in the field and established networking with various related agencies such as the Malaysian Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysian Labour Department, Malaysian Immigrations Department and Various Embassies. Our aim is to provide complete recruitment solutions, sourcing and supplying of quality staff to all fields of expertise and industries throughout the country. This is to keep in line with our mission to be a Premier One-Stop Manpower Solutions Company. Buminur is registered and certified with the MOHA license for Manpower Outsourcing (KHEDN: 100/637/1-4 [527]) and the Malaysian Labour Department with license for Private Employment Agencies (No. 005538 JTK 1904). Supply of manpower is segregated into two categories i.e. Direct-Hired and Outsourcing. We provide our clients with an overall service that includes the application process, sourcing, recruitment and management of manpower from source countries to cater to the five major industries i.e. Construction, Manufacturing, Services, Plantation and Agriculture. Our recruitment service specializes in the selection of quality Professional, Skilled, Semi-Skilled and General Workers. The selection process involves our established networking with our partner agencies and training centres in source countries to ensure recruitment of industrial trained, well equipped, and duly certified personnel. Apart from the 5 major industries mentioned above, we also provide recruitment of highly qualified professionals and skilled labor for more specific and technical sectors to support with the best top, middle and lower level workforce for short, medium and long term basis. Our exclusive and qualified workforce are for specified sectors including Oil and Gas, Mechanical Construction, Civil Construction, Electrical, Marine & Ship, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Power and Desalination plant, Information Technology and Logistics. All hired employees are covered with the Malaysian government procedural requirement and employment acts including DP-10 (professional work permit) so there will be no concerns on legal and moral issues of employing them.
