One of the senior most HR professionals in the country with a career spanning over 38 years.
Worked in several prestigious organizations like Voltas, VST Industries, Coromandel Fertilizers, The
East India Hotels, Modi Xerox, Bharat Shell, SAP India and Raymonds.
Mr. Parker is an alumni of IIM Ahmedabad, where he completed his MBA.
Marcel is a Board Member of the National Human Resource Development (NHRD) Network. He also
runs mentoring programs on behalf of the NHRD.
Ajit Isaac (MD & CEO)
An industry specialist on Human Capital related issues in India with an experience of over 18 years.
Has been associated with Godrej & Boyce and Essar Group in various leadership roles.
Founder & ex-Managing Director of PeopleOne Consulting, later acquired by Adecco, one of the
largest HR services companies in the world. Ajit also serves as an independent director on the
board of Intelligroup - a NASDAQ listed IT services provider.
A gold medalist in M. A. (Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) from the Madras School of
Social Work, Ajit and has been a British Chevening Scholar under which he completed a 'Managers
for Leadership Program' from Leeds University.
Aneesh G. Laikar (CEO, Search & Recruitment Solutions)
Aneesh has a rich multi-industry experience of more than 17 years and has worked with ABC
Consultants as an Executive Director, managing the largest SBU for both Search and Recruitment
including Engineering, Consumer Products, Pharma & Healthcare, Investment banking & Insurance
& Financial Services, Media & Entertainment, IT, and the KPO/BPO sectors.
He has been involved in several key searches at CXO / functional head level during his tenure at
ABC. Aneesh has been associated with companies like Personnel Search Services, Datamatics
Staffing Services, Philips India & National Panasonic India.
Aneesh is an engineer with an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad.
