SAJA HAMMAD<br />PERIOD: 3<br />10-14-11 <br />           <br />HABIT 7 SHARPEN THE SAW:HANDOUT<br />To take care of your body, your heart, your soul, and your brain you have to:<br />Be healthy  all the time, take care of you self, don’t take drugs coz it’s not good for your body, play sport, eat vegetables,fruits,milk,and drink a lot of water.<br />EXAMPLE OF HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY, BRAIN, HEART, AND SOUL:<br />1) Getting enough of sleep (body)   <br />2) Learn in lots of ways and lots of places, not just at school (brain).   <br />3) Spend time with family and friends (heart).<br />4) Take time to find meaningful ways to help people (soul).<br />5) Balance all four parts of yourself.<br />
