1. The new terms & conditions with the deliverables has been drafted and approved by the Project
Manager and it will be signed by the client (Alpha Automobile) yesterday to get into second phase of
project. (Completed).
2. Need immediate attention for the changes has been made by the client. Project Manager will address
the Development Team this morning at 10:30 AM. (Urgent and Important)
3. Research head will discuss with Project Manager & Finance Officer for specific requirements and
required budget tomorrow at 11:30 AM to increase of budget (Important, but not Urgent)
4. Project Coordinator will provide specific configuration for Internal-Private-Server to the Project
Manager, Finance Officer & Technical Officer, today at 03 PM. (Urgent and Important).
5. HR will coordinate with the client to block the agenda for the further meetings with Project Manager

6. Stationary supplies, green plants and some ergonomic chairs are needed for work place to better work
