Allan Woodcock has over 20 year’s experience in the Quality Assurance Space in both test
delivery and consultancy. Recently within the last 5-6 years he has led the Quality
Assurance delivery across multiple areas including Mortgages, Wholesale and
International at Lloyds Banking Group (LBG). In addition he heads up the Test Automation
service and Group Release testing for LBG.

Shobana heads QA innovation in UK & Europe and is responsible for looking at holistic
ways of improving Quality Assurance . This involves bringing the right
solutions, tools, processes and models that will improve quality, whilst reducing the total
cost of ownership. She has several years of rich experience in Business Transformation
and Quality Assurance. Shobana holds post-graduation from London Business School.

Balan is part of Cognizant's Quality Engineering and Assurance services and leads the QA
engagement at Lloyds Banking Group . He was involved in the QA transformation for
Lloyds Banking group that enabled adoption of Quality engineering within the group.
