2. The title on the contents page is always big and
bold to stand out, and it is also the same colour
scheme and font as the front page. Having all of this
the same looks very professional. Also the title
page is mostly top right aligned.
3. The colour scheme is the same as the
magazines front cover, and the font is also
the same as the front cover.
4. The page numbers are on the content page to
show the reader what is inside the magazine.
They are usually in bright colours that contrast to
the background to make it stand out.
5. The magazine logo is used repeatedly throughout the
magazine to make sure it becomes familiar to the
reader.
6. The date is used on the contents page to
show the reader how up to date they are
with the magazine issues.
7. The main image that is used on the contents page relates
to the main cover line on the front of the magazine. It also
uses the same artist as it has on the front page.
Also either near the image or overlapping the image there
is a page number and an article title and sometimes a
quote from the interview from the article that the artist are
in.
8. All of the page numbers that are on the contents page have
an article title that gives the reader a little hint as to what
the article is all about. It gives the reader a hint but also
makes them want to look further into the magazine to read
the other articles. The article titles on the page are usually
in capital letters to separate them from the smaller
explanatory text that is given. The smaller text highlights
what the article is going to be about in a few words.
9. There is the website written on the page, usually
near the date and issue number. This gives the
reader alternative ways to access that magazine.
