• After war in Vietnam, Coca Cola returned in 1994 and has invested
over US $200 million with bottling plants.
• It has also committed to investing an additional US $200 million
by 2012.
• In Vietnam, according to the Ministry of Natural Resources and
Environment, an estimated 40% of rural communities still lack
access to clean water.
• Coca-Cola has responded to these concerns by initiating water
saving and water cleaning projects.

56,611 people in rural communities with access to clean water.
