2. • Corporate Social Responsibility
(CSR) is the voluntary contribution
of business to the development of
society in the social, economic and
environmental spheres, by
maximizing the positive and
minimizing the negative impact of
business on society.
3. The strategy for implementing CSR practices is based on self-
regulation and is developed according to ten universal
principles in the areas of human rights, labor standards,
environmental protection and anti-corruption, formulated in
the framework of the Global Compact - the main international
CSR institution.
Coca-Cola Beverages Belarus was among the first
Belarusian enterprises to join this UN initiative in
December 2006. The company is a leader in the
field of CSR in the Republic of Belarus.
Principles of Coca-
Cola
4. • Coca-Cola Beverages Belarus is a
member of the Coca-Cola HBC Group,
which is the largest in Europe and the
second-largest in the world, the Coca-
Cola bottler. Bottlelers are called
authorized manufacturers of beverages
under the trademarks of Coca-Cola.
5. • Coca-Cola Beverages Belarus began its activity in the
Republic of Belarus in January 1994 and is an example of
successful implementation of large-scale investment projects
in the Republic of Belarus, a budget-forming enterprise in the
Minsk region, one of the leaders in the Belarusian market of
non-alcoholic beverages.

9. Coca-Cola Beverages Belarus takes all available measures to reduce
the amount of water used in the production process. The company
introduces the latest technologies that can significantly reduce water
consumption (for example, equipment that ensures the reuse of water
in the process of rinsing bottles). The enterprise also supports a
number of social projects aimed at preserving the water resources of
Belarus. A vivid example is the project “Save Yelnya Together!” (A
project to restore the swamp), which combines both the protection of
water resources and the fight against CO2 emissions into the
atmosphere.

Analytical work (analysis of the internal and external
environment of the company). At this stage, it becomes
clear that Coca Cola does not require the development of a
new CSR, but an update is needed:
Update CSR Coca Cola
16. • The main thing to talk about when it comes
to the Coca-Cola company is plastic, mostly
all the company's products are sold in
plastic bottles. A product in plastic is bad
for health and the environment, which is
not in line with our point number 7 in the
strategy. Therefore, we propose to put on
sale most of the products in glass bottles.
