• Describe three problems you faced in your project and how you
solved these
• 1:colouring Pens were running low on ink, solved by using sparingly.
• 2:De Stijl only books were difficult to find/ didn’t exist, solved by
taking extracts from different art books with De Stijl in them.
• 3: Deciding on the name of the product as it had to be one word,
Solved by testing the waters with a number of different titles

Task 5 – Evaluation – Working with others
• Choose three aspects of your production where you worked well with
your team and this benefited the project
• 1: Finding extracts from other art books about De Stijl
• 2:Each had a similar vision about what the posters would look like
(group idea production)
• 3: Taking advice/ constructive criticism from team

• Discuss the feedback you received from your tutor during the project
and how you used this to improve the project
• Tutor gave the idea of adding texture to the poster, so I took a png of
old crinkled paper and blended it with the “final” poster.

• Define active engagement in your studies and briefly explain how you
used it in this project
• Active engagement within this project included looking for specific
examples of De Stijl online and inside of books then taking that
knowledge and using it to create a De Stijl styled poster

Accessing and storing information
• Explain where the books/resources are for your area in the LC
• 2nd floor, towards the back under; art
• Explain how to take a book/resource out of the LC
• Take the book to the librarian, ask to take out the book, scan your
card then leave with the book

• Data can be saved to One drive, Google drive or USB
• Explain where you upload work when it is completed
• Work is uploaded to the blog

Task 5 – Evaluation – Problem Solving • Describe three problems you faced in your project and how you solved these • 1:colouring Pens were running low on ink, solved by using sparingly. • 2:De Stijl only books were difficult to find/ didn’t exist, solved by taking extracts from different art books with De Stijl in them. • 3: Deciding on the name of the product as it had to be one word, Solved by testing the waters with a number of different titles 3.3

Task 5 – Evaluation – Working with others • Choose three aspects of your production where you worked well with your team and this benefited the project • 1: Finding extracts from other art books about De Stijl • 2:Each had a similar vision about what the posters would look like (group idea production) • 3: Taking advice/ constructive criticism from team 1.2b
  • 17. Task 5 – Evaluation - Feedback • Discuss the feedback you received from your tutor during the project and how you used this to improve the project • Tutor gave the idea of adding texture to the poster, so I took a png of old crinkled paper and blended it with the “final” poster. 3.5
