• Handling staffing of the region.
• Periodic personal file auditing of the region.
• Conducting probation and confirmation appraisals.

case of grievances.
• Processing transfer on employees request and operational
requirement.
• Follow up of joining and relieving process.
• Follow up of absconded employee.
• Follow up of recovery matters.
• Preparing and updating weekly/ monthly/ salary staffing report
through regional office executive.

Learning and objective
• This one month internship was a useful experience. We
have gained new knowledge, skills that will definitely help
in the coming future. We achieved several of our learning
goals. Through the guidance of many people we are able to
convert our theoretical knowledge into practical and
actually we understand the roles and responsibilities of HR
manager. We got insight into professional practices
currently advocated in the organization.
