In the nineteenth century gothic novel Frankenstein, Mary Shelley uses numerous
allusions within her novel that can easily be interpreted by the reader. These allusions
make it easier for readers to understand the characters and compare their

SDS and positively charged AIBA was used to control the primary particle (or
swollen micelle) volume and the extent of the particle coagulation. As the
oligomeric radicals with cationic AIBA chain ends were captured by anionic
swollen micelles, the electrostatic stability of swollen micelles gradually reduced,
further promoting the primary particle coagulation. As a result, the initial particle
number decreased with the addition of AIBA. The earlier primary particle
coagulation not only enlarged the particle size, but also narrowed the particle size
distribution of the final latex particles. This approach was easy to scale up as a facile
industrial technology to produce monodisperse polymeric nanoparticles on large scale.

Computer Animation is another valuable aspect in Forensics. Many People
believe that they are getting virtually framed , and that computer animations are
inconclusive. This has been shown to be wrong and is said to be much more
accurate then an actual man reenactment. Computers are able to precisely pinpoint
every single aspect of the reenactment. Some argue that this may Create reality and
not illustrate it, but that s up to the court to decide. An example of how this works
was used when a snowplow struck an Iowa State basketball players car killing him.
The plow driver was going 10 miles over the speed limit. This video was recreated
and showed a fatal blow the side of the deceased s car. Although he was speeding
this movie was recreated with the plow going the speed limit and he still would
have been fatally killed. The Iowa student didn t look when pulling out into the

to simulate the aging or appearance change in a criminal or deceased individual.
Though this is a great technique, things cannot always be exactly 100% certain on
the reconstruction. A lot of the deciding whether this if valid, is up too the jury
souly. This can even help provide the cause of death in a badly degraded badly.

55. Third Grade Difficulties
When I was in the third grade I felt as if I didn t fit in anywhere. During the third
grade I always felt very different than the other kids. I remember begging my mom
not to make me go to school because I didn t want to feel out of place. I had gone to
three different schools before going to East Somerville Community School. My
parents were trying to find the town that had the best education system. I didn t
move for my parents job or anything like that, just simply to go to a better school. I
normally didn t have a problem making new friends, I usually made a bunch of
friends just on the first day. I usually adapted to the school easily. I attended a
bilingual school for English and Spanish speaking kids. I have always been fluent
in spanish for as long as I could remember even though english is my first language.
That wasn t the problem. All the other kids had started to read and write spanish in
kindergarten, and I had to learn everything in just a short amount of time, and it
was difficult for me. People didn t play with me or want to be around me, I didn t
know why. I could see their dislike towards me and it was very obvious. They
would try and act as if they truly did like me but they clearly didn t. It was like
they felt sorry for me and I didn t want their pity. I was never invited to parties or
sleepovers, that the normal eight year old girl has. I spent most of my time alone. At

During the cold winter of 1895, a German scientist by the name of Wilhelm Conrad
Roentgen was working with a cathode ray tube when he noticed nearby crystals were
glowing. When Roentgen reached for the crystals he was amazed when the shadow
cast on the crystal was not of his whole hand, but just his bones. Roentgen covered the
tube with heavy black paper and saw that the crystals still glowed and the shadow of
his hand bones still shown through, he then determined that a new ray was being

The Coolidge tube could operate to energies up to 100,000 volts. General Electric
went on to make x ray tubes capable of operating at energies up to 1,000,000 volts,
which gave the x ray technology enough stability to become industrialized and mass
produced.
With this stability and mass production, x rays machines became very common
everywhere. From large factories, to doctors offices, all the way to the corner
store of small towns, where children and adults alike could insert a coin into a

The first theories about the rays effects on the human body were that they had
