This document provides an agenda and objectives for a two-day session on client engagement. Participants will identify potential clients and services. Day 2 will cover preparing for client meetings, understanding the client's perspective, developing a plan of action, and follow up. The objectives are for participants to improve relationships with clients, understand client needs, and increase effectiveness in client communication and engagement.
