- 14. GROUP-III (COMBINED) • It includes both cleft lip and cleft palate in midline or may be unilateral or bilateral.

- 16. Immediate problems • Feeding problem due to ineffective sucking resulting in under nutrition • Aspiration of feeds resulting respiratory infections. • Parental anxiety due to defective appearance of the infant.
