I managed all system requirements for unmanned subscale subsonic air vehicle systems
development for U.S. Navy and international customers using DOORS and associated tools.
I managed all subsequent requirements verification and validation activities. I prepared
technical data packages, specs and presentations for milestone events. I developed technical
manuals and operational procedure documentation. I managed the configuration of
engineering models and allocated baselines. I maintained SE schedules and budgets as
Control Account Manager on an EVMS program and supported negotiation of a FFP contract
and corresponding SOW.
I championed initiatives for improving configuration management, risk management,
requirements tracking, mission critical safety systems, hazard analysis, software safety,
interface control documentation and verification activities, resulting in improved engineering
