Being successful as lecturer after a travel as IT developer and also as IT recruiter in Chennai. I am working as an asst. professor in an engineering college in my native even then the passion for recruitment still lies with me. But the current assignment is too responsible as an architect to shape lot of engineers.Great responsibilities fulfilled with great commitment. Trying to improve more on my part. Specialties: Making my students clear about the subject, not for the matter of getting pass marks but to understand the concept clearly
