                Researching and developing the company’s first consumer facing stored value product.
Utilizing the company’s recently developed backend processing system and implementing their existing prepaid
healthcare feature currently marketed to small businesses, I am leading all efforts to create a complete stored value
product line. My primary responsibility is to research the market and provide feedback on industry trends, distribution,
and online/retail presence of similar products. I am also tasked with implementing a partner’s mobile content feature
that allows secured domestic/international money transfer through a GSM handset technology.

                       PROGRAM MARKETING MANAGER, HANDSETS, 7/2006 – 11/2007
                                 AMERICAN WIRELESS, Campbell, CA
Managed and marketed the prepaid handset programs and co-managed our stored value products maintaining positive
                relationships with three wireless carriers and one transaction service provider.
Leading all marketing efforts for our wireless carriers national indirect retail channel I oversaw program budgets,
deliverables, direct marketing, collateral, training, product pricing, allocation, and marketing communication (Carriers
included Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, and AT&T). Served as the primary point of contact for our partners, media
vendors, and outsourced marketing agencies. Helped increase product sales by developing events, marketing campaigns,
grass root advertising, promotions, and compensation programs working directly with carrier partners and corporate
marketing teams. Led content and design for all print ads, brochures, monthly newsletters, press releases, and web
content. Consistently worked with various internal and external departments ensuring information was provided to all
parties and followed through with all departments for product needs. Presented status and results to upper management
and partners. Conducted market research, developed competitive analysis reports, market/product requirement
documents, training materials, and presentations.
Selected accomplishments:
    -   Helped increase department sales by over 200% co-managing over $140M in product sales and acquiring nearly
        100K new end-users in 2008.
    -   Introduced and implemented two key programs and new carrier relationships with Virgin Mobile and AT&T
        including all contract negotiations working directly with our Chairman and President.

-    Launched the company’s first stored value product, Green Dot, making it accessible through the company’s
         online portal and POS terminal machines (Launched the company’s second stored value product with
         nFinanse’s Discover Debit Cards and Gift Cards).

                       ACCOUNT MANAGER, INDIRECT RETAIL CHANNEL, 11/2003-7/2006
                                    T-MOBILE USA, Concord, CA
    Managed the South Bay Area indirect retail distribution focusing on increasing points of distribution, increasing
                      customer acquisition, reducing churn, and maintaining brand integrity.
Oversaw 75 points of distribution including independent retailers and distributors. Managed local co-op funds working
with retailers, channel marketing, and local media vendors focusing on brand awareness to help increase foot traffic at all
points of distribution. Regulated channel sales by monitoring each retail location and ensured T-Mobile’s brand was
positively portrayed at the point of sale. Constantly trained and educated retailers and their employees. Led weekly
training courses for up to 50 sales associates. Measured churn and ARPU for each retail location discussing
opportunities and strengths with principle owners and management on a monthly basis. Maintained positive relationship
with each retailer, providing marketing resources, and support. Evaluated, acquired and developed new retailers and
turned around or eliminated under performing retailers. Assisted retailers in selecting and negotiating high traffic retail
locations and recommended in store product mix, handset pricing, collateral, and sales support.

    -    Developed the South Bay market into the highest producing market in Northern California.
    -    Awarded the 2005 and 2006 Winners Circle, awarded to the top 7% of T-Mobile’s national sales force.
    -    Consistently achieved over 100% to quota.
