Digital Imaging Narrative
For the digital imaging assignment, I used Adobe Photoshop CS6 to follow the tutorial on
Lynda.com. I made numerous changes to the picture, because the lady that I chose for the
picture had numerous blemishes, her hair was tucked behind her ears, her nose was slightly
uneven, and the picture was blurry. In order the correct the blemishes, I used the blemish
corrector on Photoshop and clicked on every blemish individually until they were all gone. In
order to give her some extra hair, I used the cloning tool to copy various sections of her hair and
blended it into what hair she already had. When I went to fix her uneven nose, I had to use both
the blemish corrector and the blending tool, I used the smallest size brush available and slowly
corrected the larger side of her nose until it looked like part of her cheek. When I was finished
the picture was still a little blurry, but I fixed that by going back to the image tab, clicking on
image size, and changing the image resolution until I was happy with the result.
