This document contains checklists for equipment and materials needed for different stages of a drilling operation including: 1) 26" hole drilling with 18.5/8" casing, 2) 13.3/8" casing run in 12.1/4" hole, 3) 9.5/8" casing set in 8.1/2" deviated hole, and 4) Running 7" liner and completion string in 6" horizontal hole. The checklists include bits, mud motors, casing strings, centralizers, cementing equipment, mud chemicals, directional tools, blowout preventers, and completion equipment.
