Target Audience:
The target audience for this filmare going to be fans of the drama genre as this is the main
genre of the film. With many plot twists involved it is likely to get the audience involved and on
the edge of their seats. The age of the target audience is going to be broad from teenagers to
late 40s as this is generally the time that people are beginning new relationships or just coming
out of them. On the NRS scale this target audience is likely to be anywhere from working class
(D) to middle class (B). This is because they ae likely to enjoy the drama of the film and
excitement as they may be able to relate with the characters. Especially Billy if they have been
cheated on before.

 Male
 Dresses casually, often wearing hoodies and trainers. Wears quite bright colours
 Billy is Jess’ fiancé and the majority of the film is set at his home.
 The audience will like Billy and relate to him very well; however by the end of the film
they will feel very sorry for him as he gets cheated on after doing nothing wrong.

 Jess
 21 years old
 Female
 Dresses quite maturely for her age which is reflected in her personality as she is very
mature and grown up for a 21 year old.
 Jess is Billy’s fiancé; however she cheats on him with his best mate and eventually goes
away with Billy’s best mate and their child.
 The audience will like Jess at the start of the film as she can be relatable to strong
independent women. Although by the end of the film this opinion will most likely
change when they find out she cheats on Billy.

 Jason
 22 years old
 Male
 Dresses much more informally than any other character. For example he often wears a
tracksuit or a hoodie and some trainers. He also wears very plain and dark colours such
as black, to show his shady character.
 Jason is Billy’s best mate at the beginning of the film. He then is very disloyal to his
friend and has an affair with Jess. They eventually fly run away together.
 The audience are less likely to relate to Jason out of all the characters as he has the least
dialogue and seems a bit suspicious throughout the film, which is confirmed by the end
of the film when we find out he has been very disloyal to his ‘best mate’.
