This document outlines an activity plan for a pre-school education subject in France. The plan is for a lesson celebrating Candlemas, a French tradition, where students will research the origin and tradition, make French pancakes using various ingredients and measuring tools, and share the experience with their families. The objectives of developing language skills, math, science skills, and preserving cultural traditions were met as the children were engaged in the project and able to recreate the recipe at home.

This activity is part of the School project and the
ASSESSMENT
theme “Discover the French ritual festivals”.
The objectives were achieved : the children are
invested, they have shared this experience with their
families and were able to make the recipe at home
like little chefs !
