There are two primary types of cells: animal and plant cells. Cells are microscopic structures that were the earliest forms of life on Earth. Cells have various internal parts that allow them to carry out functions necessary for life. Animal cells lack a cell wall and chloroplasts that plant cells have.

 Scientists believe Single-celled organisms were the

called Prokaryotic.
 There are more bacterial cells in the body than human
cells.
 Cells commit suicide. When they get infected or damaged,
it will self destruct.
 Cells have varying life spans.
