Normally PCD Cutting Tools can be used various industry, such as Automotive parts(pistons,Wheel Hub, Engine block), Airplane(CFRP, PMMW) and other non-ferrous metal materials.
And this article show you the main application field of pcd cutting tools. And we can offer most pcd cutting tools. we have different pcd grade CDW10, CDW20 and CDW30 specific for different materials.
Sound that is unwanted or disrupts one’s quality of life is called as noise. So, Noise is basically any unwanted sound.
In this type of pollution contaminants are not physical particles, but waves which interfere with the naturally occurring waves of a similar type in the same environment.
When there is a lot of noise in the environment it is turned as noise pollution. Sound becomes undesirable when it disturb the normal activities such as working, sleeping etc.

8. NON-COATED CBN SERIES
CBN & PCD TURNING INSERTS
FEATURES
400
• CBN tool material is produced by mixing the main component CBN
(cubic boron nitride), which has a hardness second only to
Cutting Speed (m/min)
diamond, with a special ceramic or metal binder. It is then sintered 300
at a pressure of over 5GPa and at a temperature of 1200°C or MB810
higher.
• CBN has lower affinity to iron than diamond. The low affinity and
200
high hardness properties means that sintered CBN delivers a
superior cutting performance especially during high speed MB8025
machining of materials such hardened steel, cast iron and sintered
alloys etc. 100
